Since I work across the street from the University of Maryland Medical Center, The Great Cookie used to be the go-to-place to get big decorative cookies for some of our office parties, particularly when some of our team were celebrating big milestones: graduations, baby showers, going away parties, etc. Never again! At times their cookies are good. This used to be my last stop before going home to bring my daughters a nice sweet treat. My oldest loves snickerdoodles. The last I remember snickerdoodles were made up of cinnamon and sugar. Please correct me if I’m wrong, but the cashier said no it’s just sugar- I said that’s a straight up sugar cookie. Now I’m not sure if I’m being over charged any more because 2 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies were 12$ ??? She said the big cookies...read full review
