This store needs some quality control when it comes to their door dash orders especially! We paid for 3 large sundaes and we get 3 cups that are less than halfway full of ice cream and tilted sideways and not even close to being filled to the top! Their staff is rude also as one night I had to call about a missing door dash item and the employee said I was screaming at her when I wasn’t and was extremely rude to me as a customer! I was a regular here and I wish there were more friendly’s so I’d never have to order from here again! Even when we are inside eating once, it was a complete nightmare as the place was so disorganized and frustrating that our waitress quit after we left and she was a nervous wreck! They need some higher up supervision to get this restaurant straightened out and like I said some definite quality control. I’m tired of wasting money on Reese’s pieces sundaes with hardly any Reese’s pieces in it and sundaes with hardly any ice cream in it and for what they charge it’s so unfair and ridiculous! These were the most sorriest looking sundaes I’ve ever seen! Get it together friendly’s!

Our waitress for a BDay boy 84yrs young named Wendel was treated so well by our female waitress this evening around 5:30 pm. She had reddish brown hair and I feel terrible for not getting her name so I could hive her kudos here. She was friendly, patient, helpful and rallied her staff for a bday chorus. It was fun and actually sounded pretty good. Our food was good, not one complaint and we got burgers to chicken to pastrami. Melt sandwich and ice cream. I was surprised that more people weren't dining in. The food was better than I anticipated it would be.
Vegetarian options: Salads looked yummy, Vegi meals and sides available too.

My first time here in many years. I grew up going to this Friendly's and the Essex one. Fond memories with family and friends. Then taking my family to the other locations in Westminster, Perry Hall and Harford mall.Our server today Kendra was awesome. We had lunch and ice cream. Good food, good prices. A good day out with my niece.
Jennifer at the Merritt Blvd branch was friendly, helpful and was generous with her smiles. I enjoyed eating here this evening very much 😁
