Unexpected last minute reservation booked while reviewing Instagram. Scallops were perfectly cooked with corn puree and Lobster Pasta was fantastic. First time trying AAA Old Fashioned... pairs well. Absolute gem of a find. We will definitely be returning.
Came for the crab arancini, stayed for the drinks, smash burgers, and fries. I used to come to the bar in this building, Regal Beagle, before it was Fuisine. They had amazing craft cocktails made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. It was a dive but the cocktails were so good. And Fuisine blew Regal Beagle out of the water! My experience at Fuisine was great. I got the last short rib and I was glad. It is a very intimate space, so be prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will be dining again!
