My experience at Fuisine was great. I got the last short rib and I was glad. It is a very intimate space, so be prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will be dining again!

Unexpected last minute reservation booked while reviewing Instagram. Scallops were perfectly cooked with corn puree and Lobster Pasta was fantastic. First time trying AAA Old Fashioned... pairs well. Absolute gem of a find. We will definitely be returning.

Came for the crab arancini, stayed for the drinks, smash burgers, and fries. I used to come to the bar in this building, Regal Beagle, before it was Fuisine. They had amazing craft cocktails made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. It was a dive but the cocktails were so good. And Fuisine blew Regal Beagle out of the water! The decor is beautiful and the tree painting spread across the wall and ceiling is so unique. The drinks were absolutely delicious (try the blood orange margarita!), the crab arancini was incredible, and the smash burgers were mouth watering (burgers with surprise pickles on the bun are my favorite). Also, huge shout out to our wonderful server, Robert. He was so friendly and welcoming and took such good care of us. We'll be back soon!

Big E and I live nearby so we walked over to give it a shot. Definitely make a reservation since seating is relatively limited. We agreed to get a few apps and an entree share. The duck bao was a dream - tender savory duck on a bun made of soft clouds. The calamari was nothing special and slightly chewy. We got fries, too, that were a good filler to dip in a standard peanut sauce, but I wouldn't get them again. The highlight was the pasta! The plating was gorgeous, and the flavors were incredible. The dish contained high quality lump crab in a cream sauce and squid ink fettuccine. The chef incorporated a perfect amount of heat with Thai chili and a unique texture with sweety drop peppers (I had to look up what they actually were afterward). They were having some drink making competition at the time so my wife got the peach margarita. Slightly smoky and nice balance of sweetness and tequila. Overall, really good food, but only half the items we got justified our total price. Shoutout to our waiter who was amazing!

10/10. Everything and everyone was amazing. From the moment we walked in to when we walked out the door, the service was top-notch. Our server Robby was great - super friendly and attentive - and had good recommendations/descriptions on the food and drinks. The drinks were also creative. We had the Brussels sprouts appetizer, the Squid Ink Fettucini, and the What's Beef Burger and everything was delicious. Really, the Brussels sprouts were awesome, and the pasta was very tasty with a good amount of crab in it. For being a burger, it had a ton of flavor. Honestly likely the best, most flavorful burger I've ever had. Great experience, would come back many times over. Recommend for a nice date night spot.

This place has been on my list since I moved here and it did not disappoint. Everythingfrom the ambiance, to the service, drinks, and of course the food was amazing. It was simple yet delicious. Highly recommend especially if you're in the neighborhood!

The best new local foodie spot to open in Baltimore. The chef loves what he does and it's perfectly paired with an amazing bartender who creates the most unique and amazing cocktails. I love that this place's menu is always changing, but they keep a couple favorites like the crab arancini, duck bao, and sticky chicks sandwich. This place is super popular so make sure you make a reservation, however they do have seats at the bar that are sometimes open without one. I can't recommend this place enough!

Great service and even better food, this is easily one of the best spots in town, especially in the Canton/ Fells area. The Purple Rain cocktail was delicious as was the Smoked Old Fashioned. We split the fried cauliflower which, I would say is a MUST ORDER, it's crispy on the outside, cooked perfectly on the inside and sauced to perfection. Our mains were just as good, can't go wrong with the squid ink pasta, the swordfish or the "sticky chicky"! This spot is absolutely being added to our rotation, do yourself a favor and go!

Hold on a second while I pick my chin off the floor- this place is amazing! First, the drinks were creative and delicious. Before I go any further- the service was outstanding and enhanced the experience to be the best night of my life. Stop. Hold up. Back it up. The food was transformative, and Michelin star worthy. If you’re in Baltimore, you MUST come here. I will be thinking about this food and night all day tomorrow, goodnight.

This place is an amazing little spot in Baltimore. We grabbed a table outside and ordered a lot of dishes and cocktails off the menu! Both the cocktails and dishes were superb including the following: -soft-shelled crab on top of squid ink fettucine- the crab was lightly battered and absolutely delicious! there were chunks of crab meat inside the shell and you could eat the whole thing. I was surprised that it tasted so clean, and not gritty or without any guts or other things I was thinking I was going to chew into. -octopus dish- the octopus was grilled to perfection and was perfectly cooked, not too chewy and rubbery- so good! -scallops- they were cooked perfectly too, three scallops on top of a nice sauce -tempura long beans- these were delicious! Lightly battered with a dipping sauce -duck bao- these were just OK, the duck meat was diced up in a sauce but I didn't find this dish particularly appealing -mac and cheese with short rib- this dish was also decent but not exceptional. The short rib was soft and flavorful and the mac and cheese OK. For dessert, we got: -chocolate mousse- this was surprisingly our best dessert! It was nicely flavored and smooth -panna cotta- not so great, the texture was too dense and dry, I'm used to it being silky smooth. The candied fruit with the mint leaves they had on top of it was good though -grilled pineapple with yogurt- the pineapples had a sweet strong flavor to them but it was hard to eat because the skin was on them. With the yogurt and mint it was really good
