Food has definitely changed over the yrs. Not as good as I remember. The Alfredo sauce taste like its from a can.

The food was good. Of course the shrimp was counted like every establishment in this City does. The lemonade was advertised bigger than served. I am not a fan of the green bottle of imitation lemon juice, used to make it. The pasta I ordered menu price was 30 dollars. Once rung up the pasta individually rang up to 35 dollar and of course other taxes and fees. These establishments minus well charge you a fee for talking to the cashier. One issue was they moved their location and the new location was not far from one of their older locations. There was no sign on the building at all. I guess they need time for that. I was kind of upset waiting in line to find out my food was up the street at the other location. All because they are both located on North Ave. 85 dollars for 2 pastas I will put these hands to work in my kitchen time The food was good... The entertaining argument between the chef and cashier was pure enjoyment while I waited was too. She definitely made the 10 dollars back the people before me got over on her for (what they was arguing about) by taxing me but it's ok and the main reason I won't be back. Oh and before you walk in there is always a nice crowd of gentlemen offering to sell you something. Don't worry they are in front of both locations. So you won't miss the offers... Lol! I ordered via DoorDash the sea duo on Saturday after hearing good things about goldies & they forgot the sauce that is supposed to be in the bowl but that was just a minor issue since the food was actually good. I decide to give them another try & yet again they forgot the sauce on top & the side of sauce I paid for. The major issue is that there was a foreign object in my bowl that I put in mouth without knowing. I do not recommend ordering from this location. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

I love the Goldie's special chicken pasta. Great recipe. I just wish the product was more consistent, this time the chicken was over cooked and the spinach was undercooked. The customer service has always been great.

When I call order my food, I could not understand what the lady was saying. When I got there to pick up my food, it looked like she was on some type of drugs. Couldn’t keep her head up. Got the food home. My lamb chops wasn’t done all the way. Potatoes was nasty. Broccoli wasn’t cooked all the way another will eat from there again.

I was an avid goldies lover; I would eat the chicken alfredo at least twice a week from 2020-2022. that was until one day in December 2022 I ordered the same pasta— took one bite and got sick from the taste.
from that day in 2022 I did not try goldies again until a few days ago now in 2024. I suspected I had caught them on a bad day— and that now two years later they had fixed whatever went wrong.
I ate two bites (and the second one was just to be sure) and wanted to vomit. the taste would not leave my mouth.
I loved goldies. I dont know what changed but it breaks my heart. im open to trying again in the future but I need to know what happened to them!
