The coffee is fine but I wouldn't consider it to be particularly good if you're looking for specialty coffee. The BLT I had there was absolutely amazing, but it took a while to come out. The place is usually quite packed and the seating is not very comfortable.

As a standard reviewer, I tried to do my due diligence in reading other reviews before committing. I will preface this with saying that it looks like there is a habit of the business removing not so favorable reviews, however, I felt very much validated after reading the other people had a similar experience as I I was approached by somebody who I thought was there to make a genuine connection, but turned out to be an employee who interacted out of good faith it it seems to be in line with their condescending and not guest forward service. The tea was quite basic and the atmosphere very much feels like a stolen Japanese style. I would bet a high dollar amount that none of the founders have any heritage ties to the style. They are aiming for the interaction I had with the employee left such a sour taste. I couldn’t stop thinking about this place until I came to the reviews to see if other people had the same experience there’s something to be said about employees building genuine connection with intentionality this feels like a shell of a space with a nice exterior, but a hollow interior both in service and in culture. If this is their version of service, I can’t imagine their version of hospitality stay at Hilton. Don’t stay here.

Good Neighbor Coffee Shop really lives up to its name. Everyone’s so welcoming, and the coffee tastes like it’s made with care. Perfect spot to slow down and enjoy the moment
really nice spot with very comfy outdoor seating! loved that they have gluten free bread as a sub and the salmon i got was cooked perfectly ✨ seasoned so well and the sauce on the side was chef's kiss 🤌🏻 the foam on my latte was really good too 🥹 but the carrot cake latte i will say didn't taste much like a carrot cake 🤣 still an excellent latte though!

I ordered a chai tea and it was good. Not delicious but it was good. The atmosphere is very nice, very open and modern cozy. Plenty of places to sit. We split a morning glory muffin. It was excellent!
