True to their name, they’re the best neighbors in the area.

Nice atmosphere, great place to work or meetup with a friend. Would highly recommend the matcha and the hojicha latte with no sweetener!

Got a hot chocolate with an espresso shot and their bacon/egg/cheese sandwich on grilled sourdough was bomb!

Got a cup of latte and enjoy a morning routine here with a book. They sell a bunch of things that you can grasp as gifts or for personal uses. Cozy and shining, will come back!

Hello [Good Neighbor’s Management/Customer Service Team],
I wanted to share my recent experience at Good Neighbor on Saturday, October 26. I’m a regular customer and have always felt welcomed, but this time, I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.
When I arrived, another guest and I waited patiently to be served. A staff member in a blue hat and brown shirt was busy assisting other staff and, while facing the register and writing on receipts, she said “ok.” I assumed this was my cue to start ordering. However, when I began, she responded in a condescending tone, “I’ll be right with you.” The other guest next to me also thought her “ok” was directed toward me, so this response felt dismissive and confusing.
When it was finally my turn, I ordered an egg sandwich and asked if they had jam. She pointed at the menu and responded, “Well, we have PB&J toast, so we have jam.” The tone of her response felt unnecessary and dismissive. Toward the end, she mentioned a family and friends discount and tried to clarify her behavior, but by then, the experience had already been upsetting. As a Black Hispanic woman, this left me questioning if there was something more to her tone and attitude.
I wanted to share this because I truly enjoy Good Neighbor and hope that this was a one-off experience. I believe reinforcing the importance of excellent customer service for all patrons could help maintain the inclusive environment I’ve come to appreciate.
I wanted to send an email as someone who has worked in customer service specifically restaurant industry for 15 years as well as the military i completely understand how one bad apple doesn’t ruin an entire bunch however I couldn’t find customer service email !
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
I work from this coffee shop a lot. The atmosphere is super trendy and chill. The staff are very kind and the food is great!
Kid-friendliness: My kids love their backyard space. There’s plenty of room for them to move without bumping into or bothering anyone.

The spiced carrot cake late was 👌🔥
Also had the shakè toast. Excellent as well.
Both were excellent but the outdoor seating was my favorite. Don't forget to stop in the greenhouse while you're there.

Wow what a cool place. Great coffee (to order and retail), a selection of cool homeware for sale, and a bunch of really interesting books and magazines available to read. It's a beautiful, well designed space too.

Good Neighbor is one of the prettiest coffee shops you'll stumble into. They've done an incredible job of designing the space, both indoor and outdoor. They have tons of space to work from, sit at, or enjoy the outdoors.
Their menu is always updating and getting refreshed with seasonal offerings.
Staff and service is the main set-back of Good Neighbor. This is definitely not a quick spot if you're getting anything more than a plain coffee. Staff is pretty unenthusiastic towards most customers, mostly talking amongst themselves vs. talking to customers, apart from initial ordering. For having 4-6 baristas behind the counter most days, I've waited for long periods for specialty toasts.

This is a good coffee shop to spend time in.
Espressos were definitely too long but the sparkling water was a plus.
