It is in a casino. It has full windows not to the outside scenery but to rows of slot machines. A nice mural would do the restaurant justice. The food is so much better than the surroundings. Service was good, but a bit rushed. A waiter dumped the beef wellington over my son and a dinner roll was launched at the diners at the next table. I was very disappointed, I go to hell's kitchen multiple times in a month and was expecting my food to be of the same quality my lobster risotto was horrible it definitely was not the same quality. So we chose not to order anything else the staff was amazing just the food was a great disappointment. We will not return we will continue to visit Hell's Kitchen
