Awful service the guy on the night shift was so rude, unprofessional and had no patience we got there around 8pm and website said they close at 10pm, and he was literally telling us just because we ask if we could have change the flavor on the banana split if we don't hurry he was going to leave us there and just make his online orders he needs a supervisor there watching his customer service

Arrived on a Tuesday 8/6/2024 at 10:50 pm, to find the door locked. I checked online and it shows 11pm closing time. I then called the store and was told that 11pm closing is only on the weekend. They should update the hours online so others are not inconvenienced as well.

The food service workers were so kind and patient. We were a group of 9 people, late in the evening on a Friday. So we probably tested their patience during peak rush time.
The ice cream itself was fantastic as always!

Cute area of East Harbor! We picked up a pint to go. Weird they keep it under lock and key but what can ya do? We were pleased with our chocolatey choice! Very happy to have a premium ice cream option close to where we were staying!!!

Dirty and it stinks like sewage.
