Came by here at lunchtime and at the front they told me to seat myself but the server never came after 15 min. She went to other customers that came after me, but apparently had no clue what order customers arrived or even to take orders. The staff moved almost comedically slow as if they had all been smoking something or were half asleep. Will be telling people to stay clear of this place !

The food is the worst I’ve seen at a restaurant inside of an airport and it’s not cheap. Just because of its location at the airport, the have a lot of people go in there to eat but it’s the worst, tasteless, dirty and expensive low quality food I’ve seen

Our waitress, Adeshewa was amazing. She had a delightful attitude. She was the only waitress working this shift, but handled herself calmly and efficiently. She kept our drinks filled and kept checking in on us. She never complained and continued to smile the entire time.

We stopped by Harbor Grill at BWI Airport for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was! The broiled crab cakes were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed some crispy onion rings and tasty French fries, which rounded out the meal nicely.
What really made the experience stand out, though, was the outstanding service. Our server was truly one of the best I’ve ever encountered — constantly checking in, anticipating what we needed, and always following through with a friendly and attentive attitude. She didn’t just serve us; she genuinely elevated the entire dining experience.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making this a great spot to enjoy a quality meal before a flight. Overall, a very enjoyable lunch — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re traveling through BWI!

About the laziest and slowest moving staff I've ever seen. They need to be retrained on how to have work ethic, customer service and general knowledge on how to be prepared.
They had 3 customers in the restaurant, the entire express station was empty and we were told another 35 minutes for food. How's that express when you have only 3 customers.

We had the most exceptional service today grabbing a couple drinks and appetizers before our flight. Food came out fast and the bartender Ashleigh served us quickly and with an amazing attitude. She was very busy but remained attentive to all her customers and was so very kind.
