The tea here is just fine. I ordered a rose milk tea. They were out of boba which is a little crazy for a boba shop. And the rose tea didn't taste much like rose syrup and wasn't tinted pink. The fun colors are half the appeal of boba so this was disappointing.

This boba shop is located on the ground floor of a apartment building, and although there is not too much in terms of atmosphere (however, there is some nice cafe music and there is a lot of seating, which is great for groups). The tea I tried tasted amazing, and the boba was top-notch. They also have some cooked food on the menu and some Asian snacks + cooking items for sale too :)
