The Oreo French toast is a must have. The staff was superb and the bartender Mark made the best mimosas.

My family recently visited Iron Rooster and had a great experience. The chicken and waffles were delicious, and the crab egg Benedict was excellent. The staff was friendly and provided good service. I would recommend Iron Rooster for a satisfying meal.

We had reserved and confirmed reservations on Open Table but when we showed up there was a sign on the door indicating the restaurant was closed for the day for cleaning. Very disappointing.

Got an email 3 hours before the reservation saying the restaurant was closing the dining room and our reservation was canceled. I understand things happen but it would have been nice to know earlier as we were meeting friends there and everyone was from out of town and it was difficult to find a place nearby in that short of time.

The scrambled eggs were terrible. They tasted powdery and lacked flavor. It's that were supposed to come with my meal did not come and I was left feeling unsatisfied and still hungry. Other food that was brought out to other tables looked great. But stay away from anything with scrambled “eggs”.

Service is very good.

Very good good French toast was excellent and the rooster buffalo bite could be a meal by themselves are amazing. Ana the person who took care of us ( waitress is not the word for her) was outstanding!!!! It was as if we were a guest in her home she made a great meal even better. Her parents and the leadership at Iron Rooster should be proud of Ana.

This wasn't the best experience at this location. My waiter started out doing great then it went downhill fast. Waffles came out cold. I had to get up to request syrup because my waiter disappeared.

We waited a long time in between apps that were all ordered together. Then we waited about 20 mins after for our food. Burger came out with a hard bun, shrimp and grits were cold and needed more flavor. Service was just barely there. The food runner was more attentive than the actual server.

I arrived around 130pm it was busy but not crowded. Maybe 2 large groups and a few other tables and a handful of people at the bar. I sat at the bar and it took a little bit for the bartender to arrive and get me a drink and menu. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I dont know if they need to change the oil or they just overcooked the chicken but it wasn't good. There was a drop of garlic aoli sauce on the sandwich. Like I had to lift up the chicken and pickles to find the sauce. Then it took a long time to get the ticket. Not a place I would come back to.

THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. While in DC for the weekend, I met my cousin from Baltimore here for Sunday brunch. The told us we would wait for one hour, but it did not take that long. We walked across the street to Dunkin Donuts and had tea while we waited for the text message. The customer service needs improvement. It could have been worse but could have been so much better. We waited too long for simple things like a drink refill. The food came out in a decent time frame. The strawberry avocado toast was exceptional. I would visit again in hopes to get better service. The wine used for the Mimosas is of good quality. We also had the crab hash, churros and breakfast eggrolls. Prices are reasonable. You have to request separate tickets, otherwise, they will create one large bill. My cousin had been there several times before and he did not drink. I am a person who does not believe in having people pay for drinks when they do not drink alcohol and that was part of the issue with the ticket. If you do not mind one ticket, that won't be an issue for you. In my opinion, we should have been made aware of that policy prior to ordering. I didn't get pics of every item but EVERYONE was satisfied with their food/appetizer/drink.

Food was okay. Asked for our food to not includes sides and they came with sauces anyway dripping. Waitress checked in on us every 2 minutes was hard to eat or finish a sentence. I dont need to be checked on 25-30 times during a meal

Don't even bother booking a reservation there. By the time we arrived they didn't even had our table ready. The only thing excuse they gave us was when did we book the reservation (time) which to me was irrelevant. Because if the time slot was available for me to book the reservation then a table should of been available. Manager on staff didn't even apologize other than just looked at us stupid as of it was our fault.

We are Iron Rooster fans so we will be back, however, this visit did not meet our expectations. First the pros: parking garage was easy, free, and right next to the restaurant. Reservation time was honored so there was no wait. Hostess was excellent. I had the crab hash bowl which was seasoned perfectly and delicious. My bf. had the steak, eggs, and home fries. His steak was more on the rare side (ordered medium) and the home fries bland. Next time he'll try something else. The con: We aren't hard pleasers, but Jakiara was our server and her service was terrible. She was friendly, but forgetful with details - items that we had to wait for such as the creamer, then came back and forgot stirrers for the coffee. Never checked on us once during our breakfast and we were there for a good hour. Asked for the bill and it took 20 minutes until I asked again. She could use more training to earn our usual 25%+ tip. We would definitely return but would request a different server.

Enjoyable And amazing food! I have consistently orders pick up & delivery from here and it is always hot and the quality is the same as if it we were sitting there and dining in ! Love the breakfast bowl, and of course the toaster pop tart ... brown sugar is awesome but the bacon and brown sugar one is the best!
