My suggestion would be to post what you need to do before you are screened. . When I headed to Baltimore last week I didn't have to remove my laptop, belt or shoes. coming home today the people were rude.. one women said... "I know she told you to take out your laptop, because I trained her" even the few people behind me were confused. it's a stressful time and I understand TSA deals with allot of people.. Gosh. signs would be good to have..

Terrible terrible terrible service. Walked up to a line of two people waiting to order. 5 people working. 7:56 a.m. Waited possibly 7-10 minutes before I opened my phone to record. No one ever came to the front register to take orders for at east 10 minutes. No acknowledgement of line waiting. Employees laughing and making their own drinks. The cashier finally came to take orders and he had his OWN drink he just freshly made in his hand drinking it. What is wrong with the service industry? And no one cares that there are cameras EVERYWHERE. SMH... I have close to 3 minutes of video before one of FIVE employees came to the front. Drink ready at 8:16 a.m.
