First time in Baltimore and I've been here a week. This was easily the best dining experience I've had, which is saying something. First off, Candyce was wonderful. She met our energy perfectly (last night of business trip excitement) and had great suggestions for food. Next, I come from Springfield Illinois where we have generational long disagreements over who has the best cheese sauce for our local dish - the Horseshoe (Google it). Candyce took excellent care of us. We're from out of town, first time there, so she gave excellent recommendations for the food, and for alcohol pairings. The food was fantastic. We highly recommend the cheese dip, the pretzels were amazing. It was Thursday, so there was a house pot pie, absolutely delicious. I definitely will be back.

My friend and had a very pleasant meal at James Joyce. The service was friendly and welcoming, the food was good, and the value was appreciated in a pricey neighborhood. Lovely people. Plus: do convenient to our hotel. I'll go back when I'm in the Inner Harbor area again.
