The customer service at the NORTHWOOD AND THE LUTHERVILLE ONE IS AMAZING I STARTED GOING TO THE ONE IN LUTHERVILLE WHEN I LIVED THERE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALWAYS A VIBE🩷🩷now that I live in the city I found one that I absolutely love great customer service and YOU NEVER EVER HAVE TO TELL THEM TO CHANGE THEIR GLOVES AT EITHER LOCATION THEY JUST DO IT❤️and after working in healthcare for over 30 years the fact that they know the importance of CHANGING YOUR GLOVES...

I came in and ordered a sub and a sub in a tub. Although the person who took the order repeated it back to me correct, I received the wrong sub and bowl. I happened to be Nextdoor the next day and went in to the store to tell an employee about my experience. I expected a sorry, especially since I didn’t have my receipt. Sayvon apologized and took the order and confirmed it was correct before preparing it. I was bother surprised and appreciative of his amazing customer service....

I stopped in to pick up lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the sandwich I had. I ordered chicken bacon ranch, and sometimes, the stores put too much ranch on a sandwich. I got home, opened the wrapper, and was surprised at how big the sandwich was. The bread was super soft, and I enjoyed the sub. I will be back. I will pick Jersey Mike’s over Jimmy John’s.
