Hands down, the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. On Sept. 6, 2024 at around 5:45pm, I ordered 2 kids meals online. Just wanted to catch a quick bite to eat with my kiddo before going to an O's game. A few minutes after they received the order, one of the staff members informed me they didn't have any little john bread (6 inch loaf). This location needs to be investigated by corporate. Have ordered from here twice while in town since my local store closed. 1st time thru the JJ app and food was never delivered. Took days for JJ to issue a refund. Tonight I ordered thru Door Dash and food was never delivered. Door Dash quickly issues a refund! Something is not right at this location! Have emailed corporate.
