Get ready for a sub that will leave you crawling up the walls with satiety. You will ask yourself everytime, why didn't I try jimmys before?! Comeon do I really have to sit here and tell you how a multi million dollar chain is this good? Well here's my output, they maintain their integrity and ethics in food quality, they don't feel commercialized, more like customized just for you. The gargantuan is literally a sub as big as a football, if you finish it in one setting you have to give yourself a pat on the back. Lunch= Jimmys

This location sporadically takes the Thames St Wharf off their delivery list (5-ish blocks away) which makes online ordering a roulette game. For a place that claims to deliver freaky fast, they don't deliver freakin' far.

Had to go middle of the road on this one, I'm a half a block past their delivery limit and they refuse to deliver to me. Oh they will deliver a half a block away and then drive past me on their return back to the restaurant. When maintenance is working it could be 5 to 10 sandwiches daily but you guys stick to your policy. Looks like it's burger king across the street again.

I am Very dissatisfied with the service at this store. I placed an order for delivery, they confirmed my order and location after I paid over the phone and told me it would arrive in about 5-10 minutes. About 40 minutes passed and they still hadn't delivered my order and never even attempted to call back. I called the store back and they then told me they don't deliver to my location. I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for another 15mins with no response. I called the store one last time and they had the "General Manager" answer the phone ( I put GM in quotes because I'm pretty sure it was just the same associate that I had spoken with before who was at this point posing as a manager ) . He had absolutely the Poorest customer service skills I have ever experienced, and when I asked for the corporate number he said they didn't have it. He then basically just said sorry for the inconvenience and then voided my transaction. I understand accidents happen, but the way this store handled this situation was incredibly unprofessional.

I wish I could rate this a 0 just because I patronize the local Baltimore City locations and on Customer Appreciation Day only the city locations choose to opt out of participate in the Advising deal $1.00 sandwich, yet choose a free drink with chips .. I really didn't understand nor appreciate that I would have to drive all the way to the county when I give the city my money ..anyway Not plan on going back
