Further, I should not have to go through a multi-step process as a customer to report an issue. Unacceptable.I really try and shy away from negative reviews. But I can't really avoid it in this case. 3 times now (literally every time I have tried to order) I ordered delivery from a place that prides itself for "freakishly fast" delivery. What actually happened? After placing the order in the app, I am promptly called by the store saying there is no delivery driver and can I come pick it up. And these three times were spread over the course of weeks - indicating an endemic issue. I contacted corporate, which apologized and said they were forwarding the issue to the store manager. Never heard anything from the store manager.Bottom line, don't expect this location to uphold a key aspect of their business model. I've never physically gone into the shop and can't speak to the quality of their food and service.

Subs, Service & Cost we're On Point at this JJ location. Thanks to Evie the food & service were right on time. Sub rolls are freshly made daily. Second visit ordering Vito & Italian Nite subs. Both were delicious and quickly made.The cleanliness of this restaurant far exceeds the W. Pratt St location. Ask for Evie & she'll treat you right, Everytime!

First time I ordered from this place it was flawless I got my food delivered in less than 20 mins, this time I placed my order and an hour goes by and still no food , so I call the store... the response I got was " we tried to call you but we have no delivery driver tonight" IM SORRY WHAT ! ON A SATURDAY NIGHT YOU DONT HAVE A DELIVERY DRIVER? so then i ask okay well then can i come pick it up " no we cancelled your order sorry your going to need to re order it but we did refund your money though"money I'm not going to get back right away to even place another order. but yet when i tracked my food it said it was out for delivery & then it was delivered so how does any of this make any sense.......

The sandwiches were good but nothing to write home about. The potato salad was acceptable at best. The pickles were great except the skin is a little too thick.The service was amazing. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful
At least my sub tasted good, but I walked in, and the cashier looked at me twice, and then back over to talk to his coworkers before he finally asked me what I wanted to start my order. I was the only one standing in front of the register. And then there was nothing freaky fast about this service, I waited 10 minutes for my sandwich.

drivers are very discourteous and double park, making it difficult for other patrons to navigate the parking lot. manager obviously parks in the garage and has no sympathy for any patrons of other shops.

Literally just went to the location and the door was locked at 4:47pm on a Sunday. The website and door says open until 7pm. To make matters worse, the employee was standing inside behind the counter give me the "closed" gesture while other patrons are still inside eating. Do better Jimmy Johns, this is pathetic.

Really poor quality. Final straw was ordering delivery from here last week. The sandwiches were totally incorrect as well as the drink order (given soda instead of iced tea). The Turkey was disgusting.
