This place has very good food, though not great. The atmosphere felt like an amped up diner. The service was SO SLOW. We had reservations for 7, were on time, and we didn't get out until 930. And we didn't dither. They just took forever with everything, even drinks. It's not hard to bring me a can of beer. It should not take 15 minutes. So, go if you want good, expensive food, but expect to sit around for a while.
Listen... THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!! I've worked in customer service for years and food services as well, and I haven't seen a more cohesive, attentive, adept team such as the ones that work here in a VERY LONG TIME! Every single team member was phenomenal in service! Katie was amazing!.. Very attentive & quick right from the start.. Stephanie took our order and was just awesome with her energy, company knowledge and suggestions.. Greer made us feel VERY WELCOMED...
This was my second visit. And everything was great. Both times, I ordered the crab cakes. Whatever else would you get in Baltimore???? The appetizers were great: crab cake egg rolls, stuffed crab pretzels (a great surprise), shrimp skillet and the cold sampler! Everything was great.
But what stood out to me the most wad the cocktail sauce...ahhh..the perfect amount of zing from the horseradish. I wanted to take a bottle home with me.
