Had to change my review. Sam, the owner I think, found a solution to the problem I had. I was charged for a bottle and the first charge didn't show up in their system. Joe's place is still family. They are very professional and they are NOT CLOSE AT 9 OR 10. THEY CLOSE THE STORE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IS PLAYING BUT CLOSE AT 9/10. SCARED CLOWN ??ASSZ STORES. I LOVE JOE'S PLACE. ?
