This is difficult for me to review mostly because I absolutely love the food that I have received. I have no complaint about customer service per say. My complaints come from food I received the last 2xs via delivery. I tried calling after receiving my order and also emails both times to via Krispy Krunchy Chicken website. I received a return email both times with a ticket number that said we received your email and someone will get back to me. This never happened. Last email was October. The first order I paid $19.99 for a Shrimp Quesadilla that when I opened the box had 2 pieces of Quesadilla in it. Prior orders the box was larger and had 6 to 8 cut triangles. I loved the Quesadilla before that's why I ordered it again. Second complaint is that I ordered French fries and I received wedges with a few fries. Not what I paid for. There isn't an option that allows a replacement choice on my end, but Krispy Krunchy Chicken has my phone number. I love the food but this followed by the fact that no one answers the phone there or corporate doesn't return emails or a call as they state they will in their return ticketed email. 😔

This is a good to for breakfast especially the omelettes, pancake platters, and breakfast sandwiches since it’s a deli, in addition to a Krispy Krunchy. Also there’s a nice, clean area to eat with reasonable prices.

I tried the chicken and wasn't that impressed compared to other locations but I tried the breakfast sandwich and was very pleased.
They have this deal at the moment for two 8 inch cheese steak subs for 13.50, which is really like 14 dollars after tax, so it ends up being 7 dollars per 8 inch sub. Might be too much for one person, but if you're two people, then it's a pretty cheap way to share a meal together. Relatively speaking at least. I do think the quality of the subs is a bit better at Spartan's Pizza down the street, but like I said, the price of this particular type of sub is significantly cheaper at the moment. If they change the prices later, then Idk.
Anyway, aside from that, their milk is pretty good. The price of a half-gallon is about 2.11 after tax, which is actually cheaper than the grocery store. Much cheaper than the 3.50 that they're charging at some other nearby convenience stores. Their gallon milk is about 3 something lately which is really cheap, relatively speaking 🤔.
Overall, it's a nice place and people seem to really like their chicken. I still haven't tried it yet because I just generally don't care about chicken that much. But they do have a lot of other things except cheese steak subs lol. It's just that I've only ever eaten that thus far. The people that work there are nice, honestly even the people that go there seem to be pretty nice. So I'd definitely recommend checking them out sometime if you're in the area.
Recently realized that there's a second floor dining area with tables and chairs which is pretty cool. Idk how I never noticed that before 😆
