The Fish is my go to, but you gotta catch it fresh. I usually stop here on weekday mornings it's never crowded during that time so the atmosphere is quiet and chill but this place is surrounded by strips clubs so the atmosphere can drastically change depending on the time and day of the week.

A bad franchise in a worse neighborhood. One wants it to be good, but nope. The manager/owner yells like he is a Friends episode. The food is stale and greasy. Cheap? Yes. It matches their business model. Stay away at all costs. If you have to go- you had better be very tipsy. This is the waiting room for Hell.

I gave four stars because I’ve been coming to this location for about six years, and the food and service have consistently been great. However, today’s experience was different. The service was not as pleasant as it usually is. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the young lady’s name, she’s Spanish-speaking but she was very rude and disrespectful. Her behavior was noticeable not only to customers waiting for their orders, but even to the cook.

Great Baltimore resource.

The chicken from this local chain is really good, and so are the biscuits and beans and rice. The coleslaw they serve isn't very good though; and I can't speak about the quality of their mac and cheese, which is a very big deal here in Baltimore.

The stores are all run as convenience stores (bodegas) that have fried chicken available, so don't expect fast-food joint service or amenities here. The good news is that you can get stuff here that you can't get at a fast-food chicken restaurant.

To sum up: Eat the chicken at Krispy Krunchy. It's good. Try the sides available, and figure out which ones you like. And don't expect more from the place than a place like this can offer. You do those things, and I predict you will be happy you stopped at Krispy Krunchy Chicken.

The people working here are so rude and nasty. I made an online DoorDash order for delivery and literally thirty seconds after I placed the order I called and asked for the vegetables to be removed from my lamb over rice,because they don’t allow special instructions, they lied and said my order was already packed and ready. Which is impossible I have the time stamps, there is no way my order was ready literally 30 seconds after placing it. The man and women on the phone were so nasty and short with me I hope someone goes in there and ruins their day.
Then when my driver went to pick it up the app said he has to wait longer for the order to be ready. So which is it? Is my order magically ready thirty seconds after placing it or is it not ready even when my dasher goes to pick it up.

As I placed my order and paid these 2 guys working inside were being unprofessional. And was so busy talking and laughing with someone who stepped infront of me that my orsmder was incomplete. Unfortunately I didn't see until I got home but neither myself nor any one close to me will patronize this establishment I have gotten better service at McDonald's. The chicken is old and dried out. Fries were cold. And I was over charged. Would not recommend. I've only ever constantly had my order messed up by those who don't speak english

The entire order was wrong. I specifically said please don't give us blueberry biscuits. Their gross! Not only is that what I got but it's plopped right on top of the chicken which is now blueberry flavored. We ordered 3 triple mixs. We got three minute maids. Again gross! Never again.
