I never leave reviews but after our experience at the lord Baltimore hotel I wanted to warn others not to stay here. This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The black mold on the vents in the room and bathroom has 1” of black mold on them. Absolutely a health hazard. Combine that with the broken hvac system in our room that prevented us from sleeping thus impeding our vacation plans. Their response was to fix it in the morning which did not help with our stay. I am currently with my family still waiting for our room to be ready. We haven’t been given any time frame to expect our room. All we’re being given is excuses about an NFL team overstaying. I’ve been to the front desk 5 times now. I was told I was free to go elsewhere which isn’t even possible because everywhere is sold out. We had a terrible experience with poor customer service and when I reached out to higher authority I was promised a refund. It’s been almost a month now and still nothing. I believe they just told me they would refund me to shut me up- but never actually refunded me. Not worth the money. Not actually haunted. Just a big disappointment, over priced, overrated and TERRIBLE customer service. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
