FOODIE ALERT: Go! Simply delicious. Dishes were so well thought out, classic preps with an ever so small twist, yet every attention to detail is present on all dishes. The kidneys were outta this world. Something as simple as bread, butter, and perfectly made quali eggs gave us such a feeling of comfort, goodness, and belly joy. Wine list is great too. The Gigondas we had was on point!

Lovely service and tasty food (very limited veg options) but I gotta say, they put you in that cold basement and that’s not ok for the price you are paying for the meal…

I feel a bit bad saying this as I know they're popular and the service was good, but I found it to be pretty crazily overpriced for what we had- the flavors were pretty muted (my main dish was downright bland), portion sizes were pretty small (fine if the food is amazing- it is not), cocktails were ok (you can find better in several places nearby), and the downstairs was FREEZING. Also there's 0 hooks in the bathroom, always annoying as a lady with a purse, so I had to rest my bag on a trash can... Lovely. The service was great, and the vibe is very Baltimore arty chic, but $80 pp for the above is not it.

I first went to Le Comptoir du Vin in 2022 and it's a place that stays with you. From the ever changing handwritten menu to the natural wine store and selection. The food is a mix of tapas, American and European flair. Last time I went I got their Haggis - such a unique menu item and while I'm not a fan of offal it was probably a great rendition of the dish. My favorites at Le Comptoir du Vin is their house salad which comes with the best sheep cheese and crumbled croutons. This time we ordered their fish and pork dish. My favorite was the fish dish - it was vibrant and salty. The staff is so knowledgeable about their menu - it's impressive bc they change it out often! I miss their hand soap on a stick in their bathrooms - something I'm used to having in South America but they've gotten rid of it since. There's several areas you can sit, upstairs where they have the wine store, the small bar and then the downstairs and outdoor patio. I think they take reservations now but I often go at 5:15 to wait to get in by 5:30 - a lovely early dinner and movie with a night cap at any of the places in station north!

Absolutely charming and cozy restaurant! Met up with a couple of friends and had the group table in the front window. We split several things - chicken liver pate, crab dip, sourdough bread, and half chicken with kale salad and potatoes. Everything was delicious! Cocktails and wine were wonderful too. Our waitress was so nice and helpful as was the manager who let us linger at our table which was so kind as it is small place and we hadn't seen each other in years. Highly recommend!

Service was great but much better options at the price point. Had the pappa al pomodoro, crabpot, and cod, all were unremarkable.

My work colleagues and I came here for dinner and wow!!! The best food I’ve ever tasted. We tried all of the items on the selected menus and fell in love with each and every dish! I highly recommend either the Chicken Liver Pate or Lamb Curry. You will NOT be disappointed. Excellent Class A Customer Service as well!

I had a wonderful birthday gathering on the patio. We split almost the whole menu amongst 5 of us to share. Everyone left completely satisfied. Service was just right and we never felt rushed. It was so relaxing. Food & beverage were impeccable. Only good things to report.

Don't come; it's too good. You'll be ruined forever and there will be less space for me. You'll never be satisfied again and your life will fall apart as you contemplate a future without ever enjoying a meal anywhere else.Humble. Friendly. Artful. Hearty. Focused. Honest. Authentic. Sublime.Good people doing good things well. Somehow it only ever seems to get better. Ok fine you need to go. I'll make room.

Omg this place is LOVELY! The menu changes daily, and is posted online. The chicken pate is delicious and so is the dark bread served with butter. This is a place known for its natural wines, and the Malbec was amazing. We also were served a glass of Cava because they asked us to move for a reservation and that was exceptionally tasty as well. Service throughout was exceptional and the grilled asparagus plus the crab dip was outstanding. I highly recommend this place for an amazing menu and great wine! I was with a friend who hadn't seen in a while, so I didn't take pictures of the food but I did take a few of the patio area where we ate!
