Since the old owners left, service and food has truly gone down. Today, my order was incorrect x2. When I told them about the second incorrect order containing cheese still, I was told to just scrape the cheese off. I was really taken aback by the response. Not only didn't you listened twice, I had a chopped fish sub, I can't just scape it off. I've been a customer for over 9yrs and this was the worst service I've ever received.

The old owners were funny, pleasant, and knew customer service. .32 cents made no difference to them. They knew they would get it back plus more. They were understanding. I rarely go here now and if I do trust it’s on someone’s else dime.

Ordered a couple times. Their French toast is by far some of the best I’ve had. And generally everything i ordered was inexpensive but tasty. I just didn’t like the moody Asian cashiers who are not very friendly

Do not eat from here. The lady was coughing purposely on food tray and around cups. My food was poorly made, sloppy reuben sandwich and recooked fried fries. She knows thats nasty. I have deleted my app and will never ever give them my.money again.

THEYVE DONE ME RIGHT FOR TWO WHOLE YEARS!!!! I get a grilled ham and cheese for like 4 bucks every day and it comes out real fast
I really missed the other owners. The quality of food is not the same. Cashier she was nosy. The just slapped the lunch meat on the lettuce and tomatoes. Horrible quality, damn I wish papa and mama never left. Smh

My first time in this place and didn’t get a good vibe immediately. The young girl behind the first counter took our order but she also kept starring at us like we were stealing. Then get this, we finally got our food, and the older lady over charged us for our food. 3 breakfast sandwich’s 3 drinks and a 79 cent bag of chips and that came to 31$ and I paid it, but as we walking outside I just kept thinking why was it so expensive. I look at my receipt and this wench had added a $7.77 custom order fee, them she tried to say no that was .79 cent for the bag of chips, I said Ms this says 7.77 so what is this for. Then all sudden she said I owe you 8$ going from being looked at like I’m a thief to actually being stolen from by them same people is just wild. I’ll never go spend another dime there. The food is trash too.
