HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM !!!!!! Bad customer service and hung up on me for an error that was made by the store asked for my money back and was not given it . I ordered 2liter Pepsi two ginger ale can soda for 4 wings and fries and 8 inch sub and two Pepsi can with the two 4 chicken box I was given a two liter ginger ale and two Pepsi can and one ginger ale can . The guy that placed the order was smart and trying to tell me the next time I ordered from them I would get a free soda after I told them I wasn’t no longer ordering from them. Food was not packaged right . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Very nasty customer service and this pizza is nasty if I had a car I would take it to the the cheese I think it's spoiled the sausage supposed to taste like sausage but it tastes like ground beef the garlic sauce is it look like it's just saying it ain't no good poor service will never order from them again ?????

I ordered a 12 Inch ITALIAN COLD CUT they gave me a 12inch Bolonga Sub with provolone cheese fries and can soda. DISGUSTING! I would refer no one there

I placed an order and there was an issue, but they corrected it immediately!!! They are always on time if not early with my deliveries. I order multiple items from the menu and only had an issue this time which was corrected in 18 minutes or less. Thanks to the staff for great customer service!!!

I come here every other night my menu favorites are the cheese steak, nuggets & fries, pepperoni pizza & meatball sub. Very friendly ppi and your order comes on time ??

The food is mediocre at best. Yes it’s convenient but the price for what you get isn’t worth it. 14 min to deliver. A chicken box, 4 wings and fries, 16.00! 16! And yes I called and asked for an order thinking it was about 10-12. When trying to order a half sub combo, it was 14. Honestly the place is too over priced but the customer service isn’t that good either. One of the drivers called me to come get my food. I forgot my money mid way downstairs so I went back up to get it. Mind you there’s 2 cars in the lot. Both cars with the lights on and engine. And it’s dark outside. So I go outside, the first car I went to wasn’t the right one, redirecting me to the actual car! So the dude decided he wasn’t going to make no effort to get out the car the whole time! So I went to the car and he says to me “ god youre so slow with getting your food”, in a low key irritated way. He doesn’t want to get out the car or meet me partly to the door. But he expected a tip. Funny. Honestly if I could choose somewhere else, I would. Better service, better price and better driver. I hope I don’t have to order from them no time soon. But that’s one of a few thinks that

I use to like this place until tonight when they got my order wrong and I called the restaurant to let them know and they stated okay and they would bring me what I ordered and I could return the dish they sent. 40 minutes went by and they never came do I called again and they said the driver would be here in a couple of minutes so I waited another 20 mins and no one came so I called back the guy said they were closed so I asked about my food and he said it would be here but it never came. I am 6mos pregnant so of course I cried my eyes out because I was so angry and hungry. The driver got here almost 40 mins after they closed and even though the food was cold, I guess it's better to be late then to not come at all (I guess).

Don’t waste your time. First time order from here and this is my last. . I order food for delivery. They said 45-1 hour. I call after I realize it’s been a hour and a half and still no food. Long story short. I never received my order. Waste of my

My food was really goood, The pizza was fresh & hot. Cheese fries was just enough cheese on it. Fries wasn't over cooked. They wasn't to mushy or crunchy. You do have to season your own fries if you don't ask for S/P on it..Which I don't mind that at all.. Cheesesteak was made just how I asked with everything on it & it was meaty too.. ! Besides them only giving me 2 flats out of 10 wings ?they was favorable & fried crispy. Lastly, Delivery was super fast given I had a big order. It came less then 20 mins. I actually just place another order prior to writing this review ?(the ultimate seafood platter). I wanted to check out some more of their food. Overall, I give them 4.5stars & a ??. So as long as their food & service remains good. I'll continue ordering from them.
