Great price for some good pastries. I liked the passion fruit and the ham and cheese (although I wish it was a bit heavier on the cheese) the most. The rest of the pastries purchased were good, but nothing that was fantastic. Overall, they do a good job just not something I would cross the city for. But if I lived closer, I'd visit agin.

Oh my GOD. They got that buttery, flaky pastry on lock. That was like tasting a bite of heaven. I got the mushroom spinach galette and got my partner the ham & cheese croissant and we put em in the air fryer at home to warm up and every single bite we were marveling and just looking at each other in disbelief. Fabulous job. I know where I'm going if I go out for breakfast from now on ?

The croissants are amazing and the coffee is actually really good too. Better than the actual coffee shop across the street.

This place was amazing. It was our first time going and the employees were very friendly and it was immaculately clean. The pastries are out of this world good. I would highly recommend making a trip as it is more than worth it.

Sitting in Maillard Pastries for 20 minutes eating a perfectly-baked croissant, I listened as the worker greeted customer after customer by name with genuine conversation. The sight shows what kind of place Maillard Pastries is- a neighborhood bakery that cares. It's a small spot inside a rowhouse in Hampden, but it's cozy. Most people get their baked goods to-go, but there are a few small tables for those who want to stay.My chocolate croissant was perfectly flaky on the outside while being warm and soft on the inside. The chocolate to dough ratio is just right.

AMAZING pastries. Fresh and delicious and change up seasonally, but always has the classic staples. Staff is always so friendly and helpful, and the interior is very cute and cozy. Would highly recommend!

Pastries are on point. Curry carrot handpie so good. The mocha lattes...unbeatable. The barista is focused and you can tell she puts a lot of care an attention into crafting the perfect latte. Sounds silly, but as an ex-barista, when you're craving a good latte or cappuccino there is really no where in the city that does it quite like Maillard.

Maillard is the absolute best patisserie in Baltimore. (Is it also the only one?) Service is always friendly and efficient. Truly, it is perfect!
