That chick in there is horrible and rude… bad customer service.. I want to support neighborhood businesses but I’ve received bad service and below average food.. unfortunately I will never go back there again

Mamma’s Place Carry out, I use to support them because of a Dude named Charlie Jordan is a associate of the neighborhood of Edmondson Ave and Carry Street, I no longer support him because of his Wife Tonya Jordan have a nasty ass attitude so I take my money where I’m respected at Stokies carry out on Monroe and Clifton great food and customer service!!!

The owner and owner’s husband and friends surrounded me and got in my face while blocking the exit because I told her she was being rude..un After screaming and yelling for five minute's, they finally let me leave. The most unprofessional setting ever ive ever been too.. it’s places like this that give black businesses a bad name! 🤦♂️ god bless them tho.

My husband ordered a shrimp, baked potato with broccoli and crab meat with cheese they was out of crab meat, but when my husband noticed the size of the shrimp, he was surprised and disappointed because we try to we go there all the time as much as possible to Support our black vendors, but the owner‘s wife Tonya has a nasty attitude and poor customer service. We will not be going there anymore and it wasn’t always like that. I’m disappointed.

Yeah, it's a no for me dawg. I respect business that still practice sanitation such as allowing customers to wear mask. I just got out of the hospital, wristband and everything, she kept asking me to remove my mask 💀. I support local businesses but not when they're acting stupid. They're expensive too. Customer service is awful, the Mac was sweet and sugary, nothing savory about it and the portion size is very small ( sure you’ve had better)! The attitudes, the laughter amongst each other in the back, you better order up fast and scream into that mic. You can hear them from the mic talking about customers, laughing about getting complaints and gloating about the horrible food people paying for. It’s amazing Black owned businesses to support, this one is not it.
