Customer service gets my money and references first and foremost. I called to ask a question and she treated me as if I was her child doing something wrong. (ME)Who are you talking to with that tone miss? The lady stated she was the manager, đwell she should go take some classes on how to treat customers. Let your customers answer the 1st question that you answered before you over talk them. LORD knows I'll never ever refer a thirsty dog here! I'll travel long distances for quality and that's not just with food. Leave the attitude with home at home!!

Fried fish was good. Sides were nasty. Called to ask a question about getting fries instead of the sides (because they were nasty) and the lady kept cutting me off and didnât even hear me out.

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!!!
DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!!!
The food is trash, and the customer service here is so disrespectful. You have to be mindful how you talk to people because some people dont take that lightly. I try to support black owned businesses but this is the reason why I take my money elsewhere. It's sad because it be your own people. DO BETTER!!!!
First and last time!

I didnât get the chance to try the food because there wasnât a price list with the menu. They have as takeout menu posted on the glass with their menu options, but the pricing cut out. There are dam near 100 signs posted all over the glass and the entry door. None of the signs are welcoming or makes you want to spend your money there. The signs read, âCheck your order before you pay. I will not refund or remake your foodâ. But judging from another review, you have to pay before they start on your order. Itâs giving take this wrong order and leave. There are so many other signs that basically little to no professionalism whatsoever. I never got the chance to order because as I walked in, I was never acknowledged. Iâm not sure if they could even see me with all the signs littering the glass windows. I could see a manâs back to the door of the kitchen and I could hear a woman talking loudly. There were clearly several people there but no one actually took the time to ask how they could be of service. By time I asked for assistance there was a child speaking to me through the mic. They children donât even know how to properly address consumers. But I didnât hold that against her. I asked if there was a takeout menu and she said nothing short of âNoâ. Thereâs no atmosphere here and no customer service. Read those reviews and listen to those people. Youâd be putting your money to waste if you had came here. Not to mention, their grease needs to be changed. Idk what they were frying today but guaranteed it wasnât in fresh grease.

Mammaâs Place Carry out, I use to support them because of a Dude named Charlie Jordan is a associate of the neighborhood of Edmondson Ave and Carry Street, I no longer support him because of his Wife Tonya Jordan have a nasty ass attitude so I take my money where Iâm respected at Stokies carry out on Monroe and Clifton great food and customer service!!!
The owner and ownerâs husband and friends surrounded me and got in my face while blocking the exit because I told her she was being rude..un After screaming and yelling for five minute's, they finally let me leave. The most unprofessional setting ever ive ever been too.. itâs places like this that give black businesses a bad name! đ¤Śââď¸ god bless them tho.

We will not be going there anymore and it wasnât always like that. Iâm disappointed.

Yeah, it's a no for me dawg. I respect business that still practice sanitation such as allowing customers to wear mask. I just got out of the hospital, wristband and everything, she kept asking me to remove my mask đ. I support local businesses but not when they're acting stupid. They're expensive too. Took my business elsewhere
