Definitely good food it might be a hole in the wall but I been eating at this carry out since I moved here to baltimore and that's about 20 years I remember when they first opened this store I mean I come from up Newark New Jersey so I was looking for a good Chinese restaurant to eat from and this the only Chinese carry out I eat from they fried chicken and shrimp are so good if it's your first time I'm telling yu get that plus they not high price
I was visiting Baltimore with my wife who was here for a conference. I found Penn and Pratt restaurant while walking back to my hotel from the B&O railroad museum. The place is a small, older diner which to me says good food. I was not disappointed. I ordered the chicken parm sub which was plenty big and very delicious. I only rated atmosphere three stars because there’s always a crowd to walk-through outside to get into this restaurant. Other than that I love going to this corner restaurant. The owners are very friendly and hospitable, and everybody that is employed there is very friendly. The food is always hot and flavorful, and, the pricing is very affordable.
