This was my first time being here and it did not disappoint. Being the Four Season Hotel you would think that the food would be expensive but it was not. Our serve was great and the red was accommodating to the two friends in our party that have food allergies. With views of the Harbor on sunny day this place is perfect. There is our door seating but we did not sit outside because of the wind gusts. They have an extensive tequila collection. Agave if I am not mistaken. It was worth every dollar.

I told the waiter I have a shellfish allergy but twice (Saturday & Sunday) they brought me foods that were fried with crab fitters. I had to wait for my meal to be remade which made my whole family wait while their food got cold.

We had reservations for 9 people on a Saturday night. We were seated in a beautiful alcove where we had plenty of room and enjoyed a view of the harbor. Everyone enjoyed the live music. It was upbeat and added a sense of festivity to the evening. The music was not too loud - we were able to have conversations without any problem. (That might have been different if we had been seated closer to the stage). Our server, Uzhair, and those who served with him, were exceptionally attentive. The food was outstanding. For starters, we had several orders of chips, salsa, and guacamole. The salsa (not spicy) was full of flavor, the guacamole was cool and fresh, and the chips were served warm. Our party ordered a wide variety of entrees and sides and everyone was happy with their choices. The chile relleno and roasted chicken got rave reviews. Many in our group ordered tacos, which were fantastic. There were lots of comments about how great the house-made tortillas were. The double-fried potatoes and the glazed Brussel sprouts were especially good sides. For dessert, we shared several orders of churros that came with a dulce de leche sauce as well as a chocolate dipping sauce. The dulce de leche sauce was so good you wanted to lick the bowl clean! It was the perfect way to end an exceptional meal. After dinner, some in our party sat out on the patio and enjoyed the harbor view and the music from the restaurant, which wrapped up at about midnight. The manager checked in on our group twice - once at the table and once on the patio - to make sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend Maximon and will definitely return.

The food was great and we had the best experience with Victor who took great care of us. He was attentive, funny and gave great opinions based on our many questions. The palomilla steak was fantastic as was the yellowtail ceviche. I also had their mezcal version of an old fashion and it was just right. 🙂

Went on a one day vacation in Baltimore best place I've ever eaten in my life unless you're going on to Tijuana Mexico you're probably gonna get the best Mexican food here in Baltimore

Delicious food and very accommodating for food allergies. Queso Fundido was absolutely amazing. Fresh corn tortillas were so flavorful and soft. Truly wonderful experience.

The space is beautiful as one would expect inside the Four Seasons. The food was incredible and not just any Mexican food. They have a rotating corn supplier for their corn tortillas. The cocktails and mocktails were excellent. Don't sleep on the churros. They were amazing!

My daughter invited me to Maximon to celebrate my Birthday because we both like Mexican food. I loved the experience from the time we walked in until we left. The service and cocktails were great. Our server Hope and the Manager Lisa were very accomodating and I appreciated their courtesy. The food was lackluster for the cost. We ordered mushroom tacos and guacamole as an appetizer and Seared Rockfish as our entrees. All of the food was bland, Lisa sent out orzo to go with the entree as a courtesy, it too was lackluster, I asked for my Rockfish to be blackened, it came out bland like everything else and the manager said there is no blackening seasoning in their kitchen. My daughter and I wanted to go in the kitchen and tell the chef to move over. I will give them one more chance in the summer to sit out on their patio to take in the wonderful view of the Baltimore Harbor for cocktails.

On the harbor. Located within the Four Seasons. Valet parking. Paid Garage parking nearby. Elevated Mexican cuisine.
I chose the mushroom tacos. Everything is a la carte. The mushroom had good flavor but very chewy. Hard to bite and chew. Didn’t like it. Dint recommend it. The black bean risotto is large enough to share. Very good. The plantain fried rice was unique and tasty. My husband had the prawn. Basically 1 prawn @ $44. Not worth it. My drink sounded better than it tastes. Dos Amantes ~ It was just ok. Similar to a cosmo. My husband had oysters which he liked. The server knew exactly where they came from, Prince Edward Island. Kudos to her.
The guacamole was very bland which was unexpected. No line, no salt. 🤔 hmmm
I had churros to go. Nothing special. Comes with two sauces. The waitstaff was very attentive. I would go again. Very little vegetarian options. But enough I guess. I recommend going. The seating is comfortable. A great place for any occasion. I recommend making a reservation.

Vegetarian options: Some options.

Parking: Valet and paid garage parking

Wonderful food and brilliant people here!

We came to celebrate our 5th Anniversary and it was one unforgettable night!

We ordered the mussels and it’s so flavourful! They were so fresh and totally at the right texture, not overcooked. The catfish taco had a beautiful blend of freshness and spices. The spicy margaritas won our hearts too!

Zoe was our server. She greeted us with a warm welcome and a genuine smile, she is professional and gave us all personal touches that marked our night special! Also there was an anniversary toast treated on the house, with a lovely card 💜

Thank you for tonight and we will definitely come back again !

On December 3rd, around noon, four of us arrived at Maximon for lunch. First, we received discolored and overcooked French fries, likely due to being reheated. We brought it to a server's attention, and they brought us fresh ones (check the difference in the photos). Second, I bit into my sandwich and accidentally ate half of the parchment paper. When I opened the remaining sandwich, I found an entire piece of parchment paper inside.

I dined here on December 3rd, 2024, with my friend Leo Avangard, and unfortunately, it was a dreadful experience from start to finish. To begin with, the fries we were served were old, greasy, and overcooked. They had clearly been reheated multiple times, resulting in a strange discoloration and a crunchy texture reminiscent of croutons—far from what you'd expect from freshly made fries.

Things only got worse when my friend’s turkey sandwich arrived, and he found a large piece of parchment paper still inside the sandwich. This was a clear oversight in preparation, and frankly, it's unacceptable for a restaurant of any caliber.

Overall, the meal was a huge disappointment. I can’t recommend this place to anyone based on our experience, and we definitely won’t be returning.

I hosted a birthday dinner here and it was great. Restaurant located inside of the Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore. From start to finish everything went well. The food and drink options were great and the food was tasty and came out quick. The atmosphere was lively and there was a live band at one point during the evening. I'd definitely recommend this spot for gatherings big or small.

The food and service were great. The pricing of it was exuberantly high! I do t think I’d recommend this place because of the pricing, but if you have a crea cash to spare, give it a shot. The quesadillas were fire and the tacos, albeit expensive for one, were good. The waiter was my favorite part of the night because she was super attentive and friendly and made me feel at calm (hard to feel in a restaurant sometimes). The place was a bit crowded feeling as the tables and chairs weren’t the greatest, but the staff were amazing 🤩 thank you guys! 🤗
