Had a great time at Maximum! The overall experience was solid — the ambiance and service were top-notch as always. You really can't go wrong with their margaritas and guac; they never miss. I ordered the steak this time. It was decent, but the salad on top had a bit too much vinegar for my taste — could've used a touch of sweetness to balance it out. That said, I'd absolutely go back. Absolutely amazing place! Food was beautifully presented and tased incredible. Service was kind, fun, and attentive--top notch! They made our daughter's 18th birthday celebration really special. And, you CANNOT beat the setting--we sat outdoors and the view was beautiful. Felt like we were on a tropical vacation! As a primarily vegetarian family, we had lots of tasty options.
