Fun bar in the heart of Fells Point. Always a great selection of beer from breweries both near and far. It’s great to see them supporting the up and coming local breweries by offering their beer on tap as well.
Max’s has been my home away from home for the last 20 plus years. From the massive collection of very enjoyable beers spirits and whiskey to the amazing food and atmosphere and bartenders whose knowledge will help a novice beer drinker to find the perfect beverage for their pallet Max’s Taphouse will always be my number 1 choice. I encourage everyone to come by and enjoy their personal experience as well.

5 stars for their draft beer selection. It's amazing. Not just craft mediocrity beers either; they have lots of great beers from around the world. The food was typical pub fare and was good enough. Prices average. Service was a difficult while there was a crowd. I made the mistake of keeping the tab open instead of closing it out with each order. It took me about 10 minutes jammed in there to get my check.
