There was only one person working the whole kiosk, taking and handing out orders. I came up and waited until he finished with the customers ahead of me to ask if they had oat milk, and I got three seconds of silence, a raised eyebrow, and a rude response that orders are taken on the other side of the counter. What?

Boooo! I used to love this stop at BWI. Like many other reviewers, I have purchased Mayorga at Costco for years. This kiosk used to be great. Today, not so. Horrible inedible bagel-so stale I couldn’t even tear it. They were “out of regular coffee” (at 8 in the morning! What??!?) so I ordered a latte. Awful. If I were the owners of Mayorga Coffee, I’d shut this kiosk down in a NY minute. This experience taints the brand. It is gross.

We had the best experience at this coffee shop at the BWI airport. The gentleman that worked there was So kind and helpful. It was very early in the morning yet he treated us as if we were his first customers and he was happy to see us.

Cappuccino was way too hot and was full to the top with milk more like a latte. I waited 30 minutes for it to cool down but ultimately had to pour it out when my flight boarded. The service was friendly, but I was very disappointed.

I enjoy Mayorga coffee and purchase bags of their whole bean Cafe Cubano. So I like that one is at BWI airport...that's is, until I actually tried them. The young lady at the register was leaning on the register, not very friendly or inviting. She didn't want to answer any questions and acted like she was having a bad day. Not a problem, we all have days like that but when you work in customer service, suck it up or stay home.
I ordered a small cup of coffee...black, no cream, no sugar...the same way I brew it at home. It tasted horrible. Absolutely horrible. It was like pure acid. Did they not clean the coffee maker? Did it sit all week? Did someone use toilet water? I don't know...what I do know is that it was nasty and tasted nothing like the Mayorga I brew at home. I expect more and so should Mayorga. Just because you are the only coffee spot on that wing of the airport doesn't mean you provide poor service and terrible coffee. Do better!

Ordered a latte, got it fast, but they just poured steamed milk in coffee. No foam, no great creamy taste of a latte. Apparently, no good coffee shops near the gates, so they don't have much competition. Unlike other reviews, the staff did seem friendly, but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to get back and ask them to correct it as I was getting late for my flight.

2-Cubans coffees. 2 of them. Combined not even a total shot of espresso. And this was freaking trash. Not even drinkable.

I was served a toasted bagel that was so stale it was inedible and an absolutely disgusting latte. The register tried to charge me more for the latte than the price that was listed. But I appreciate the staff for amending the price and giving me my money back (sans the tax that I paid) for the bagel.

I ordered a latte and this is what they gave me…straight up terrible. And this disgusting thing was $7 on top of that.

Couldn't serve any food because they are waiting on inventory counts. Inventory normally happens on a schedule and can be planned for, so I guess this was a surprise inventory and they weren't prepared for it.

I ordered an everything bagel I was not that hungry and had been traveling all day. First they gave me plain bagel. After i pointed out the mistake they fixed it. I got to my gate to eat it. It was like rubber I could not even take a bite. I think it was old and reheated. I had to throw it away. I couldn't even eat it.
