As someone else mentioned, if you were to acquire a discarded car tire and slap some Philadelphia cream cheese on it, you’d have a better chance of biting through it than one of the Mayorga bagels.
Not to mention, the lattes aren’t lattes and the cappuccinos aren’t cappuccinos - just oversized hot cups of milk.

BWI Airport - no line so I thought I’d get a cold brew. There were two employees working. Stood around for several minutes waiting for my drink, people watching of course. Went back to the front to ask for a refund because I needed to catch my flight and never received my beverage. No apology, and said they would get it now. Stood around again waiting for my drink and were standing around having a conversation. Had to leave to catch my flight. Absolutely disrespectful!

Ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and an iced latte. Bagel was stale and only heated not toasted. Then my latte took 15min to make almost missed my flight. Coffee in the latte had a weird taste wouldn't order anything here. They need more people and better quality food/drinks

To travelers at the airport terminal in Detroit: Terrible experience—both the service and the food were lacking. The bagel was so tough it felt like I was chewing on rubber. I couldn’t finish it. Definitely not worth it. There are far better options just a short walk in the other direction—check out Dunkin’, Starbucks, Auntie Anne’s, and more.

Worst service and coffee ever. Espresso machine was not working, so I ordered a cold brew which they just needed to pour the concentrate on the iced water which took the guy forever. And it tasted like water. Never come here there's Starbucks near B10

Decided to give Mayorga Coffee a try. The employee taking the order was on her cell phone & never looked up the entire time I was ordering. She got the size wrong because she wasn't paying attention. The employee who made the coffee did a good job, but I would not go here again due to the indifferent service.

Had a 6:30am flight and thought 30 mins was enough buffer to get a cappacinno... It wasn't... I was rushing to the gate cause it took so long. 1 person at the bar is terrible especially will all the people ordering. Drink didn't have foam since it collapsed as they wait until they have 4-5 drinks complete before setting them out. Don't waste your time or money.
Worst service ever ! Person who took my order didn’t look at me or speak to me. I was the only person in line. No espresso although it is a coffee shop , so I ordered a 6$ cup of coffee that was the worst coffee . Ever. Why don’t you hire someone else?

Was at the airport around 5am when I tried to order an oat milk latte and the barista said they don’t serve alternative milks until 7am. I was dumbfounded and asked why to which she responded “I don’t know.” I’m not even upset, I just want to know WHY? 😂

Ordered a Large Americano (espresso and hot water) Person insisted I order medium. They used a machine, which would be fine if the cleaned it. Has a sour taste like every hotel banquet coffee I ever had. They obviously don't clean the equipment and maybe rinse it but I doubt that. If you like half decent coffee go somewhere else.
