My spouse ordered a cappuccino and he stated it was ok. He asked for a receipt and the cashier stated it was thrown away. I would suggest the cashier provides the customer the receipt before assuming it’s not wanted and throwing it away. It’s expensive the drink cost $8.
BWI regular here--Coffee is always great at this location, but be warned, there is a wait! If you have a flight to catch, this is NOT the kiosk for you. Service is usually nice but they have a high task load so just have patience and enjoy your Java! (Muffins are good too!)
Ordered a large latte, received a medium. Not anywhere near as hot as my husband's diablo. They weren't interested in correcting the size issue. I didn't get a receipt but hopefully I was only charged for a medium. Verify your order closely before paying. I guess I should have dug out my reading glasses.
