We had the best experience at this coffee shop at the BWI airport. The gentleman that worked there was So kind and helpful. It was very early in the morning yet he treated us as if we were his first customers and he was happy to see us.
My spouse ordered a cappuccino and he stated it was ok. He asked for a receipt and the cashier stated it was thrown away. I would suggest the cashier provides the customer the receipt before assuming it’s not wanted and throwing it away. It’s expensive the drink cost $8.
BWI regular here--Coffee is always great at this location, but be warned, there is a wait! If you have a flight to catch, this is NOT the kiosk for you. Service is usually nice but they have a high task load so just have patience and enjoy your Java! (Muffins are good too!)
