My credit card company notified me by email of an unusually high tip of nearly 50%. Sure enough someone there changed my tip from $12.00 (20%) to $30.00. I called today and no manager was available, so I spoke with someone from the kitchen. They told me someone will call me back.
My colleague and I had a recommendation from Laticia at the James Joyce to go to MS and we were told to ask for Derek the Chef and we mentioned this to our waitress Alicia. I had asked Alicia about the swordfish and whether it was an adult portion vs a tiny cube. I was assured that it was an adult portion so i ordered it. To my dismay and Alicia having to serve this embarrassingly small tiny cube of Swordfish we collectively shared a moment of WTF. Even Alicia was embarrassed...read full review
