I was just in the drive through on 2/2/21 @ 10:25am
I sat there for 45mins and I could not get out and leave due to the curb so I had to wait . All the ppl were blowing their horns yelling . And I seen one of the employees walk out yelling so I guess she quit not sure but I called inside and asked what was going on the lady said a lot of ppl called out and they are making the food as they go . Stop serving day old food at 7:45 in the morning.
This place is HORRIBLE!! During my visit this am, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and al it’s out in the street. I saw this and called myself smart by going inside to order my two large drinks. That’s all I wanted. How dumb was I to do this. There was a line inside and I hear the cashier/shift leader (possibly, she had different attire compared to the rest of staff) was yelling that the only line was only taking cash, no cards, debit or credit. The restaurant has a big parking lot and is wheelchair accessible. However, there were some concerns about food safety, as employees were not wearing gloves or hair nets, and there was no sanitizer available to wipe down the line between orders, which could lead to cross-contamination.
