I am an Uber driver, and I asked for the password to the bathroom, and they denied it, because it is only for people who buy, but I told them that I was going to the bathroom and yesterday morning they didn't allow me until I bought it first. . This is an abuse even for your health, and even more so for an Uber driver.

Just lost 15 minutes of a time that we could have spent loading the car as we're moving into the neighborhood. We were excited to have a McDonald's near our new house, but since this is the second time we waited way too long for our order we will not be back ... I just have to be grateful that there is a Popeye's chicken with really good service that's an option when we want to walk to York Road to get a treat.We could have driven to Loch Raven boulevard gotten food from there for our movers and been back to Govans and less time than I had just waited. If you're in the neighborhood, start doing that and maybe the cheapskate franchise owner of this York Road location will hire more kitchen staff. The only reason I'm even giving this McDonald's two stars is because the poor service is exclusively because they are short staffed ... The workers try their best but the incompetent managers have a huge problem that they need to fix if they want this franchise to stay in business.

I'm diabetic and had to use the bathroom, I was advised that the bathroom was not open to the public. I had to purchase something from them just to not pee on my self. I was not aware that these practices were legal but I will avoid this location at all costs from now on.
Good breakfast! The place could use an update. There was spilled coffee on the floor at the booth we chose. Sofa fountain was not open even though we could eat in.

I was disappointed in my visit on the 29th of February my sister and I order 2 fish sandwiches ? and one double burger no cheese I took my burger out of the bag put it in my own bag because we was going to separate places I get home after being there for maybe about an hour I noticed there was cheese on the sandwich on the paper that it was wrapped on sad specifically no so I go back the next day I'm a senior citizen I couldn't go back the same day so I explained it to the lady which who was the manager and she gave me my double burger without no cheese I felt like for the inconvenience that it caused me because it was my second time there that that happened that I should have least gotten fries and a drink with it too good to be true that's my complaint I always give good views at this specific McDonald's but I was disappointed so that's it to the manager next time you have an extra drinks or fries or something thanks
