I have to be 100% honest there's a manager there as a black woman by the name of Wanda she sets the tone she is the best customer service rep for a major brand that I ever experienced she is down to earth and treats her customers just on March the 31st I asked for a rag to clean off the table and I wanted to do it myself she would not allow me she is the epitome of customer service I salute her

They got my whole order wrong!! During breakfast I said the next time I don’t get what I wanted correctly I was gonna put a review so whoever in charge needs to get on his or her workers because this is not good service.

I did not feel like they were very friendly.
I asked for extra whip cream & drizzle of mocha for my mocha latta, and I did not receive it.
I paid enough for it to be such a small drink to start with $5.99. I was very disappointed. I will not return.
