Ordered a two cheeseburger meal with extra pickles - which they charge me for. Each burger has 2 pickles. I called to complain- Ha! A cheeseburger apparently only comes with one pickle, so the two pickles I got was extra pickles. What a joke! No wonder McDonald’s is struggling
Store manager at my local McDonald's was very gassy last time I visited. He did several poot toots near us as we ate. If I wasn't married I would have asked him out right there. His flatulence made my whole evening! I thought about it all day in the shower and in bed next to my wife. I recommend McDonalds hire more store managers with bowel issues. Please hire one with IBS next! ❤️❤️❤️ God bless!

they're always slow they have no customer service skills. check this out I got to McDonald's or pawnee and Seneca, I had ordered my food on the app and when I get there the guy tells me we are all out buns so if you want a sandwich can get without the bun whatever remind you I didn't mobile order I already pay for my food and everything i had ordered the little $5 meal that comes with four piece nugget McChicken or McDouble small fries and small drink okay my order comes to 591 so I asked him instead of the sandwich could you just throw in two more pieces of chicken nuggets since I'm already getting four piece he tells me no now I don't know what the big deal was cuz the six piece chicken nugget meal is the only thing I get at McDonald's and that comes with medium sized drink and fries remind you my drink n fries are small so both meals basically comes roughly to the same price it's just off by some change. in your opinion how should this situation been handled? cuz to me if a customer said hey instead of the sandwich since u don't have no buns could I just get two more pieces of chicken nuggets instead of the sandwich since it's not going to actually be a sandwich I would have said yes, that's something that was going to make the customer happy. then on top of that my fries is cold the chicken patty that they have put in a sandwich box with the tomatoes and pickles I requested also the Mayo that comes on the sandwich but no buns wasn't even hot

My mount airy , McDonald’s in Maryland is absolutely horrible. They’re slow and cant even make a ice coffee correct. Every time you go there, there’s always lines out the door because they just can’t get the food ready. Also, they just had a grand opening because they got renovated and now three or four times now they are down for maintenance. how’s that even possible when they’re brand new and everything inside of it’s brand new. They are very unorganized and untrained every time I get up to the window they are panicking because they don’t know what’s going on. This McDonald’s needs a whole new crew and makeover of staff.
I’m tired of getting cheated on fries. If i order a large then my large container of fries should be filled to the top like you advertise in all your commercials, pictures, app, articles, etc. I should not get a medium amount of fries in a large container. This just happened at the location in Clinton Md. in Stuart road. Three times I was handed old cold fries in a large fry container but the portion was only enough for a meduim. If I held the container in front me I could see fries. I had to look down in the container to see fries. This happens constantly in all locations. Make what you give in the stores what you advertise everywhere.
In the past six months the app has updated twice and twice it deleted ALL my rewards points representing the equivalent of 14 quarter pounders. So I deleted the app and promise to NEVER pend a penny at a McDonalds again. Those points represent real money! Terrible app and program.
Please avoid the McDonalds in Keswick. the most incompetent store. Today I order a McDavid BigMac combo and Austion Matthews smoky burger and I received a regular big Mac and a quarter pounder but the kicker is they were in the boxes I ordered. I always check when I go to this location cause 95% of the time the order is wrong . Today I checked before I left the drive thru but because the burger were in the correct burger box I thought the order was right. Now I have 2 crying kids and have to go out and buy another dinner cause I never got a receipt, it's like it was planned that way. NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!
Incredibly busy, one female staff member was incredibly hostile and rude. My order number was called, but my drink was missing. After trying several times to get a staff member’s attention, I finally got this woman’s attention, only for her to say “I just make the food, I don’t make the drinks” in a very rude tone.
Maybe don’t call an order number if you aren’t sure the order is ready, and learn how to act civil and professional towards your customers. She does not belong in food service with that awful attitude.

Beware of using the mobile app to order. It will not tell you if your item is not available, and you will only be informed once the rest of your order is ready for pickup. You then have to ask the attendant for a refund, but if you’re trying to catch a flight you won’t have time for that. The app itself will not give you a refund - it will tell you to contact the local store.

As an American Individual who endorses in the venture and the even more prevalent spirit of Richard and Maurice McDonald in addition to the 1950s Countrrcultural Expansion of McDonald's, I have been known to be reluctant to consume this unhealthy, Mediocre processed food.
The service aspect at the BWI location I experienced on the 11th of July, 2024, while waiting to depart for a flight back to Denver, Colorado, following a 6 day jaunt to the Eastern United States Coast, where I had come to this McDonald's, hoping for the consumption of quick nutrients prior to a nonstop flight, and let me state further by saying that this location was abysmal and in no way an optimal airport location, which noticeably was rife with problems involving the aspects of service, as the lack of proper employees contributed later to long, rigorous lines that took me 12 minutes to get through to just order and another 9 minutes in an impatient manner to just retrieve food, a farcry from the service prevalent at the Denver International Airport location, which noticeably has both faster service and better food compared to this location.
In hindsight, the food was decent and cheap and was suffice to hold me over. However, I would just consume nutrients at a nearby Restaurant in Hanover or the Greene Turtle here for a modest experience instead of McDonald's.

I want you to imagine a typical McDonalds location with a front counter, grills, menus, etc. now I want you to imagine staffing it with 10 people who are barely literate, speak non intelligible English, and and just kind of hang out behind the counter as 30 people wait in line.
I love McDonald’s, but this location is an embarrassment to the brand. They ran out of food, the wait was about 30 minutes, and this was one of the worst staffs I have ever seen. They did not greet customers, they were talking and hanging out with a long line, and it was clear they did not care about the customers.
