This McDonald’s is a complete mess. The tables were dirty, the bathrooms were in terrible condition, and the floor was full of trash. Nobody seemed to care about cleaning or providing good service. The hygiene is awful and the experience was very unpleasant. I do not recommend coming to this location at all.

A hidden gem the food is always hot, fresh and always follows my special orders. Staff also looks clean. Wish I could rate them a 10.
First, the food is yummy and nice but sometimes they get the order wrong. Once my order was wrong and waited 15-20 mins. Most people are really nice and I’ve never had a agurement. By the way you should check something in the pentagon because there is a McDonald’s in the pentagon!!! XD

I wish they could give -5 stars, because it doesn't even deserve one star. They need to change the staff of this McDonald’s. NOBODY does a good job. Two days ago, I placed an order for 2 ice cream cones and a Happy Meal for my daughter, and I paid for the bag. When I went to pick up the order, the workers did not give me my order and even got upset. I was there for over 20 minutes, and I had placed the order about 25 minutes ago on the app. They were handing me my coffee and the Happy Meal without the bag. I kindly asked the staff to give me a bag since I had already paid for it, and she started verbally attacking me, saying things. I am tired of the bad service, and I swear I will never return to this establishment. I used to go there because it was close, but I will go instead to the one on Odonell St, where the staff is better.

Ordered at drive thru for fries with extra salt on them, filet of fish with no bun, and an unsweet tea with lemon.
Only tea was correct. Filet of fish came with NO tarter sauce, and fries were cold and unsalted. Very bad service, ALL incorrect food, and a huge delay in drive thru for others behind me from all the repeated unnecessary mistakes. Fries had NO salt, plus they charged a bag fee without telling me on a PAPER BAG, not even plastic. Ridiculous. Ladies all gossiping about me not wanting a bag in Spanish, too bad I speak Spanish too, and was speaking with them in both languages, so total garbage and disrespectful. Even their auto pay function I had on in my app, and showed them, didn't work for no reason and I had to rummage thru my purse for my card. Hugely inconvenient location with a weird, unclear entrance by a hotel, bad experience, and rude, incompetent staff.
