Great food, fast service, and friendly staff!
I finally had the chance to check out Urban Hot Chicken, and it definitely lived up to the expectations. If you are looking for a spot that nails both the food and the service, this is it.

Urban Hot Chicken is a popular restaurant that has been receiving positive reviews from customers. The restaurant is known for its delicious and juicy chicken sandwiches, which are often praised as being better than those from Chick-fil-A. Customers have also enjoyed the Korean fried chicken wings, which are said to be the "bomb" even when reheated.
The service at Urban Hot Chicken has been described as excellent, with the employees being kind, helpful, and providing great customer service. The young man at the register, in particular, has been praised for his polite, educated, and smart approach to selling.
While the food is generally praised, some customers have noted a few minor issues, such as the fries not being as fresh when ordered for takeout, and the soda cans being out of date. Additionally, some customers have mentioned that the menu doesn't provide much description, so it's best to ask for clarification if you're unsure about an item.
Overall, Urban Hot Chicken seems to be a popular choice for those in the area who are craving a delicious and fresh chicken sandwich or some tasty Korean fried chicken. The restaurant's friendly service and satisfying food make it a Dundalk staple that customers are happy to return to.
