great venue, very friendly and professional staff. first venue I've ever been to that let me take my merch haul out to my car so I didn't have to worry about lugging it around or standing in line waiting after the show ended. Also quick to respond to questions. Thank you for a great show experience!

Very nice place enjoyed the show and bar was quick and nice

Nice small venue. The sound system is decent but the stage is pretty small. The bar is easily accessible and prices aren't the worst.

This venue is so cool! You're lucky if you even get to show up in this scene. Count yourself as the uber elite maximum couture of baltimore!!! In fact if you haven't been here, wtf are you doing worh yourself calling yourself a baltimore resident??? Lol

Excellent cozy venue with decent sound and decent booze prices. Love the eclectic styles and varieties of sounds this venue provides. Metro is certainly proved themselves a force in the indie rock and up and coming music and art community. Hope they last for years to come!

We went to an event that was “sold out” and when we entered 90 minutes into the event it was half empty.

My first experience here could not have gone better. Small, excellent venue with great sound quality. Typical drink prices. Convenient lot right next to the venue and a parking garage right next to that lot if full. It's a bit of a hike for me, but I'd definitely like to come back.

Saw American Aquarium there. Nice place, good options for seating and standing. Good selling of drinks with typical pricing. Sound was excellent.

Nice basic, small venue to see local and not local acts. I saw Cannibal Ox here, and it was glorious!

Small and intimate place to see live music.

A pretty small indoor concert venue, but it’s always a good time and filled with an eclectic cast of characters. A very Baltimore venue ?

Just went to our second show there in 2 months last night. Both times were great. My son and I go to metal shows every month and Metro has grown to be one of our favorite spots. It's the smallest place we've been to but that's how we like it. We post up by the window right next to the stage. Puts us within feet of the pit so we can jump right in when one breaks out. The small size makes it personal and we love that.

The staff is super chill and the crowd is always really cool. Sound quality is great.
The bar is canned beers and mixed drinks (I don't personally partake since I'm driving with my son) but it seems to satisfy those who do. They also post up water coolers which is great because this place gets HOT once the pits start up. A ceiling fan or two wouldn't hurt but honestly the sweat adds to the charm, my son and I always leave soaked!

2 bathrooms in the back and half of the space is dedicated to merch tables and more standing room.

Metro seems to host a wide variety of artists but if you are into underground death metal and enjoy small, personal venues with cool staff and a rad crowd this is the place for you! We already have tickets to return next month! ?

It's a great small venue to see your favorite & your soon to be favorite bands. Drinks are not expensive the sound system is ready & waiting for you to help tear the roof off the joint.
