Went on a Saturday night before an evening at the Meyerhoff. Miso soup, edamame, and Super Bowl roll. Soup could have been hotter. We had just hit the last sixty minutes of happy hour. It became crowded quickly. Service was prompt and we were able to leave in time and walk to the Meyerhoff.

This place was highly rated so we gave it a try. The food however was very subpar. We ordered a sushi party tray boat with 60 pieces. The fish tasted very bland , almost like it was bought at a nearby supermarket and cut up for you. The servers were nice at least.

The sushi here is wonderful the other stuff is tolerable. They do have a wonderful happy hour deal from 4-7PM I believe all days but Sunday! The prices are more than reasonable. This spot is right around the corner from my house so it’s the go to place for sushi that is yummy and a good priced. I have dined in once and the service and vibe were 💯

I wanted to like this place. We came in excited about the prices and the things friends had told us about the Happy Hour menu. We left with $80 less in our pockets and stomach aches. Dumplings were thrown on the plate, not even all upright (some upside-down) in a giant puddle of sauce. Sushi was not good either. Came with an ice-cream scoop size ball of wasabi. Fish was not fresh. Rice was tasteless, gummy, and there was WAY too much in each roll. There was even something off about the soy sauce-- it was salty at a level I've never experienced in my life. I was hoping the drinks would make up for it, but my cocktail was so strong I took one sip and couldn't finish. It tasted like straight rubbing alcohol. I've never left a review for a restaurant on Google before, but I feel like I had to say something because the experience was just absolutely not worth what we paid for.

solid spot, the fish is not the best but it's consistently ok, especially for the price.

Very cool, chill sushi bar. Chill vibes as the restaurant has high ceilings with bright colors and unique art. Intimate tables or spots for groups, there is more seating in the back past the bar. Great happy hour specials on food and drinks. Excellent, chefs kiss menu that is authentic sushi and Japanese food. Delicious. The service was on point. I already can't wait to go back.

Seafood is big here in Baltimore, so I wanted to make sure I stopped by a few seafood and sushi restaurants. Minato was one of the highly touted sushi/happy hour restaurants in the city, so it was a no-brainer to go. Also, it was within walking distance from my sisters apartment, so that is an added bonus.
I loved how the restaurant was decorated. It is huge despite what it looks like from outside. The restaurant is long and narrow *pause* and there are, what seems like, an infinite amount of seats there. The ceilings illuminate different colors, and the walls have a way blue pattern. The whole restaurant is extremely pleasing to the eye. From the decor to the color pallete, everything is gorgeous.
The service was great. Our server Cherry was extremely attentive. At one point, my sister expressed displeasure with her drink, and Cherry was quick to make another right away to my sister's pleasure. I think the server was new, but was knowledgeable and extremely present. The happy hour menu is huge. There are a ton of options to choose from. We had quite the spread including: Edamame, Spring Roll, Shumai, Curry Chicken Dumpling, and the Rolex Sushi Roll. The food was decent, it is not the best sushi I ever had, but for the value, it is well worth it. Their prices for everything are great for your pockets, even the drinks are extremely cheap, which I find is a lost art in the happy hour game. I should mention, however, the drinks are not strong at all, so this isn't the place to get wasted when you had a bad day at work lol. Perfect hang out place for friend groups or a calm after work date.

I ordered the bento box, and the portion of the salmon not worth the $18. Rather than accommodating and suggesting or allowing me to order something else. I was left with the bento box in front me. Don’t recommend. I hope the customer service ids better next time.
