The people who work there are unfriendly, no eye contact, and mumble. All of the drink containers were empty except the sweet tea Which tasted like sugar water. Other than that, it was great!

I've been coming here about once a month for something like 4 years, was always great but something's changed. Understaffed so badly I felt bad for the folks working. Even worse is they changed something about the food - it tasted off, like too much salt or chem preservatives and actually gave me a headache. Won't be back.

This guy Eric made me one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Master of making pizzas, I was so impressed. He was in the zone. I’ve ate here 3 times, and the pizza is good. He made it spectacular.

Best Pizza. You can't customize your pizza anywhere else like MOD. When they put my pizza in the oven, it is about an inch and a half high. The best, pizza by far. The way you want it. Custom!

Entered the establishment and waited 20 minutes for one of the employees to acknowledge our presence as they were making online orders (very slowly). There were 4 employees at the front. When they finally acknowledged us, the employee taking the order asked me multiple times what the order was. I stepped away to pay at the cashier.
Waited an additional 40 minutes as they made the incorrect pizza and remade it. Asked for a drizzle of pesto and they just doused the pizza in it (see picture). Service was extremely unprofessional, incompetent, and not nice. Not one apology was given for how long we were there. This was on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024.
I have eaten at MOD Pizza a few times and the food is usually fine but I will not be returning after such poor service. Please train your staff to interact with customers.

First time visiting on Friday, order 2 orders of garlic bread because I couldn’t make up on mind on what I wanted. Customer service needs major improvement. If someone would have maybe suggested one of your top sellers I would have tried it. Besides that my experience was just okay but three men came in to order and I felt as though one of the workers was rude, very abrasive tone toward the customers.
