Hello, on November 8th 2025 part of 6 our reservation was at 8:15pm we did not get seated until 9pm! The service was terrible! Our waiter took so long to initially come to our table and every time after to check in on us. Several people walked out before even ordering because of waiting so long for service. After finally ordering we were told 30mins later short rib was out which 3 people from my table ordered, so this caused our to come out even later. One plate came out cold! We were made to pay 20% gratuity on terrible service. We missed our plans after because we were in the restaurant so long waiting for food. on a $750 bill this was total unacceptable.

This was a birthday celebration. Reservations were made a few weeks prior to the celebration. Initially, we were seated at a table in the corner, in the dark, almost behind the stage. There was no way that we could see the show. That was totally unacceptable and we were told that if we waited for a few minutes it would be corrected. We made a 7:30 reservation so that we could be seated at the start of the show. However, we were in the lobby listening to the show while another table was being prepared. Needless to say we were quite disappointed and had envisioned the evening quite differently than how it unfolded. We expected more of an upscale environment than the free for all that we experienced. The drinks were rather small but good and the food was also good. However, our server disappeared for quite awhile. Another server provided us with boxes for the food that we took with us. My husband actually chased our server down to get our check. We are extremely good tippers and this was the first time we discussed reducing what we normally do. We do not intend recommending this place.

Burlesque show and they let in minors under the age of 18. Absolutely unbelievable. And that wasn't the worst part. The worst filet mignon I've ever had in my life and my girlfriend's gnocchi had 0 flavor 0 taste. Nothing at all. Crappiest service out waitress came by our table twice the whole night and the food took almost 40-50 minutes.

We had a great time! We definitely recommend doing a handful of appetizers over the main dishes. Gnocchi and duck confit were our top favorites!

The Monarque is a place my wife and I like to go for a date night. Good food. Good entertainment. However, this particular time my the server wasn't particularly good. Idk what was going on but I felt rushed and no attempt by the server to truly acknowledge me and my wife. Also, the server from the other table has his buttocks over my food. Not cool!

We came here for the Halloween event and purchased $45 tickets. These tickets came with 2 drinks and a show. I was placed on the other side of the bar away from all my friends because i purchased my ticket separately- i was moved near them but they just placed a random stool in the walkway. They did not allow a la carte food purchases- we all had not eaten and were shocked. In order to eat we would have to buy the $85 tasting menu which wasnt on the ticket. Our first drink was chosen for us ( gin and juice only) The event was strung out and honestly not worth the money. Hope they learn from all of this if they want to do something like this again.

Overall a nice experience but the service was lacking and food was a bit overpriced. The mixed drink I had tasted like straight lemon juice and vodka. Not worth 17$. It was a busy night so I can understand the slow service. But I had reservations and it still took awhile to be seated and attended to. Tables were too small for the big menus and everything else. Literally just ordered so I could clear space. Not a bad spot for a drink just wouldn't recommend for dinner

Absolute phenomenal service, food, and ambiance. Our servers were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food, the wine, and the dessert were all amazing. Definitely going to coming back to Monarque again. Thank you for the perfect date night!

SEXY AND FUN. Night started a little rough when we arrived on time for the "experience" reservation we paid over $200 for and there was no open table to seat us at, but after two people at the entry point fumbled the hostess took over, and she led us to two open seats at the bar and brought us complimentary champagne while we waited. Table we eventually sat at was perfect. This venue is really loud but worth the noise. Very sexy vibe and a lot of fun. If you are looking for some visual forplay on your night out this is the spot. The multi-faceted live entertainment does not disappoint. Oh and almost forgot to mention the cocktails = on point. Desserts = to die for. The burgers we had for dinner (so sue me) = OMG tasty. We will be back!

Heard about Monarque from a coworker and knew it would be perfect for celebrating my anniversary with my wife. All service staff were kind and welcoming, wishing us a happy anniversary, but the gold star goes to our server Victor. Victor took extremely good care of us talked us through the menu, gave recommendations accommodated our requests and made the night memorable. The food was excellent steak and duck breast mains were perfect the escargot appetizer was drenched in a flavor. The drinks were sublime thanks to a dedicated bar staff. On top of all this, the main reason we booked, the entertainment. The live band during the first half of the night was great the singer worked the room well and the other performers were thrilling as well. Highly recommend a night out at Monarque for any special occasion you have.

This was our second time returning here and it was just as amazing as the first time we had been a couple years ago. The food was very delicious. My fillet was cooked perfectly and the sides that we got were amazing. The only part that was frustrating was right at the very end. We waited a long time and our server never returned after we were done with our meals. We had to stop another server and ask him for our check. He was the one that brought our check over instead of our server who was nowhere to be found for the past half hour. Other than that, I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is some of the best we have had.
