Not trust worthy at all. Furious at the lack of understanding of allergies. Called to confirm if the Biryani had nuts (which our kid is deathly allergic to) and was assured there were none. Upon opening the box the first thing we came across was Cashews. Luckily we caught it before giving it to our kids, and escaped spending our vacation in an ER room or worse.
I had an issue with my order from GrubHub that unfortunately led to me not receiving it but the manager called me two days later to let me know he was out for a couple days and was so sorry to hear about my troubles. He immediately offered to fix it and sent me the food I had been waiting on free of charge. He really made me feel better about the situation and like he cared.
