They were out of a lot and the girl at the register was on her phone for at least 5 minutes and I finally got checked out after the girl who made the sandwich finally came over and took my money!!!

The cashier was very rude.Soon as I walk to her she told me they had no hot food so when I order a tuna sandwich, she repeated herself about not having hot food. Then I said tuna it’s supposed be cold, then she said well we are out of tuna and when I said ok thanks, she started to insult me with the other coworker.I just wanted a sandwich not get roasted ?

Should have read the reviews. Ordered a Breakfast Burrito with Bacon.. out of Bacon. Ok, Ham. She gets it made and starts to roll it without the sauteed peppers. Oh, out of those too. Typically it’s a good thing to know before you make my burrito. If I wanted ham, egg and cheese.. McDonald’s was half the price. Then, they don’t heat so it’s cold and cheese is unmelted. Ask to nuke about 30 seconds.. annoyed stare from gal that already looked miserable as hell. Yeah.. if I worked there, I’d be miserable too.

My 13-month old and I got sick from the tuna sandwich. Also, Rude staff who were more interested in how much longer they had until they got off and joking and laughing amongst themselves instead of providing great customer

Complete waste of money, nothing is fresh and the people working there just have a terrible attitude. If you get a sandwich it’ll be 90%

Online it says it opens at 5am. So a line had formed. There is no sign outside that says it’s open later. And the 2 works never stopped to say, we open at another time. Instead, a man who had been waiting the longest, asked at 5:05 and a worker said 5:30-6am. Weird that there is a range of time to open. Frustrating that neither worker was kind enough to say this to those waiting.

I don't usually post reviews but was extremely disappointed in a breakfast sandwich that I watched them microwave and then which turned out to be still not quite warm with the English muffin not even toasted. You're better off going to McDonalds next door.

Rude staffs!!! So disrespectful and arrogant. Server guy was so aggressive. Everything was so bad. They have to wear gloves and mask. Dirty hand!!! They were spitting out on my sandwich!

I just had a delicious breakfast burrito. Next time I’m at BWI, I will get another. The 2 women who served me were fun, funny, very competent and clearly cared about customer service. A nice find within an airport.

Employee (young African-American male with braids) was on his phone and appeared too busy to assist me. Would not recommend.

After an unpleasant experience with TSA and an annoying experience with another food establishment, the extremely friendly people at the nature's kitchen early Thanksgiving morning was exactly what I needed. I wish I got her name. Thank you!!!
