We usually order from here daily however today we decided to come into the restaurant and was super disappointed. The restaurant was feeling like a loud construction site with loud drilling and construction going on at the entrance door to the super loud guest who were just hanging out. Thank God I'm a food critic not a atmosphere or a customer service critic.

They gave my order to someone else and after they covered it in ketchup tried to give it back to me. They kept my money and gave my order away. They will steal from you. Do not eat here

I just moved here and heard the pizza in baltimore could be hit or miss. Just got a by the slice cheese and a soda and it hit pretty good.Grade A slice.Kid-friendliness: it was real quiet and chill. seems good for kids

The food was great as usual. Staying at Ulysses as a Baltimore native and Hospitality Specialistof Le Cordon Bleu with a guest who's an artist/professional photographer. We may not have been dressed like we 'had money 'but we were treated like we were homeless... not sure if it was the clothes or our skin. I mentioned to him (my guest that I'm showing Baltimore to) how good of a place this was; for the service from start to finish to be standoffish, no greeting/welcoming or thanks. The woman cashier was sweet and timid the man who was next to her however needs an attitude check. Acting like Carmy's brother from Hulu's 'The Bear,' isn't it. My guest had a horrible 1st and 2nd encounter here on service alone. Great food. I hope the racial or stereotypical undertones go away. This is Baltimore. Thanks have a lil charm, less fear, an open mind. It starts with you.

If I could give less than 2 stars I would. My son was a frequent customer for years. He went in and he had food from another place and was asked to leave. He said ok and grabbed his things. The owner proceeded to berate him and curse. He called him stupid. It's understandable that you don't want the outside food there but the disrespect is unnecessary. Especially when he doing what you asked him to do. If he had responded the same way as the owner, the police would have been called. You don't get to be disrespectful just because he's a child. I have enough to worry about with my black son. It's just uncalled for. He will not be back and I'm discouraging others as well.

I have not been in store 3/4 months. I loved this food before... but this Saturday the food was different .Inordrred my usual and it didn't have that taste.. the food was bland. fries were brown. is this place under new management , new owners or changed the way they prepared food? even the cake I usually order was sliced so thin an then put on top of the hot food in the bag that the icing melted... I'm done!

What trash. The calamari had the texture of rubber. The gyro and cheesesteak were just ok. Asked for two orders of fries and only got served one. Very bad experience here.

Called my lunch order in so it would be ready by the time I walked there from the hospital an it was ready I walked back to work only to find a gyro full of tomatoes that I'm highly severe allergic too, so pissed right now no time to go back to get another and now I'm staving. Had to trash it, at least I would at the hospital if I had an allergic reaction. I ASKED FOR NO TOMATOES!!!

I ordered carryout. The inside looks like a carryout spot has tables inside ... Not a restaurant looking style. I ordered the shrimp quesadilla, steak fries and strawberry cheesecake. The quesadilla and fries were delicious. The cheesecake was good, but it could have used a graham cracker crust or anytime of crust. My friend ordered the steak quesadilla with regular fries and strawberry cheesecake and said the quesadilla was delicious. Food seemed a bit pricey for a carryout spot.
