I felt so at home here! The ladies were super sweet and it’s been a while since I’ve had good customer service like theirs. The food was so good and made me fall deeper in love with soul food.

I ordered the rotisserie chicken legs and potato salad the chicken was welled cooked full of amazing flavor and the chicken wasnt dry, i called my grandmother to make sure she was ok and not being forced to cook in their kitchen lol. Potato salad everyone knows is a gamble and i won Potato salad bangin

Their rotisserie is delicious! So flavorful and not dry at all! We also got the yams, which in the past were good but too sweet and we never finish it, but this last time we went they were perfect! Still sweet but not too sweet. I can't recommend this place enough! But don't wait as they do run out of chicken and you don't wanna miss it

I enjoyed this restaurant when I first moved to the neighborhood 8 months ago. However the quality of the food has changed drastically. My husband and I ordered the chicken box and the fries were oily and so was the chicken like they are not draining the oil from the chicken and fries. They take it straight out the oil and put it in the container. It was inedible we couldn’t eat it because it was so oily. I will never order from them again.

I was working in the neighborhood I needed a place to eat that wasn't fast food or sandwiches. This was located next to the store I needed to work at and looked clean and good, and I'm so glad I went in. I don't know if I would call this rotisserie chicken as much as roasted chicken but it was freaking delicious. The chicken skin was nice and crispy and flavorful, the chicken itself was nice and juicy, and I'm actually sad that I didn't get a half a chicken instead of just a quarter. I also added a side of mac and cheese, instead of doing the meal which I regret cuz I would have liked to try more of their side dishes as they looked amazing. I think the mac and cheese could use a little bit more salt and I personally like my Mac and Cheese a little bit more runny but it was very cheesy, had a delicious crust at the top, and certainly had a good cheese pull which you always want from your mac and cheese. Wish I lived closer as I would probably go here or at least get takeout from here often. Also, staff was super friendly and polite and the little dining area was clean and adorable. Even their public restroom was amazingly clean. I don't get five stars often but from what I had I would absolutely go there again

Each time there was a long wait in line even if you are just picking it up. They desperately need two people working up front. Also, I DO NOT like my food wrapped in aluminum foil. It should really banned. The chicken and muffin is wrapped in foil. The sweet tea and potato salad are good but not worth the long wait in line. They don't realize parking is crazy in that area and we are trying to get in and out before the police sees that we are illegally parked.
Update: This place is GHETTO. I went in on a Sunday 11:45am the doors were locked but GOOGLE shows the restaurant as "OPEN". I waited outside in my car for a bit and called to know what time they'd be opening the doors. They told me they'd open at 12. Why I walk up to the door 12:01 DOORS ARE STILL LOCKED. The girl in the back said they would open in another 10 minutes. I WILL NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE MY MONEY AGAIN. I waited 20 minutes for them to open which is no different from the other long wait in line to get your food. RIDICULOUS!

They never have food ready after 5pm and sometimes they don’t have any ready before than either. It’s always a 15 to 35 minute Wait. I’m here at their restaurant frequently and always have the same issue . Nothing has been done to correct the issue it’s like they don’t care at all because the food is good . But if they don’t have any to sell how will new customers know and how will I be able to continue enjoying the food that I like from here? Please fix this issue or else I think the place just needs to close until they can have enough food to serve .
