I visited Culinary Architecture for breakfast twice this weekend and it was such a great find. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming both times. I tried the Aussie Pie with Italian sausage which was incredible and really filling. The coffee was perfect both days and I enjoyed hanging out at the large communal table in the foyer. What a great spot! Insanely good homemade pastries/breakfast options and impeccably curated grocery/pantry/provisions. Clean and spacious with an adorable, welcoming vibe.

Culinary Architecture Market & Kitchen is a lovely little speciality food store and catering company. The team is incredibly kind, helpful, and full of rich knowledge. The delicious coffee, yummy pastries, and sandwiches are delicious. The spinach pie was delicious. The Turkey Jive was amazing. There is a well curated wine selection and the BEST gluten free Focaccia. The atmosphere is awesome, fresh, and otherworldly. The owners and staff are friendly and engaging, working for positive good in their community. The place offers plenty of seating and a friendly support dog. It sells unique products from all over the world, including cookbooks and niche culinary items. There are occasional pop up events and catering services. An expansion to Little Italy this winter is upcoming. Do not park in the nearby parking lot next to the dollar general store due to predatory towing.
