Took the toddler grands for lunch. We got A LOT of food for our money. The mac and cheese alone is worth the visit. Chicken was as good as I've had. I got the breast quarter plate. I wanna probably get a leg quarter next time. Sweet potato and muffin combine to make a serious sweet potato pie in your mouth. Owner and staff were great. Relaxed vibe Small place, two booths and counter seating. We took home leftovers, and they went quick!

Decided to give Nick's a second chance. They supposedly opened at 11 am, I got there at noon. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! Ordered chicken with green beans and mac & cheese. Was told there was no mac & cheese. Ordered potato salad. Was told there was no potato salad, and also no cole slaw. So they were out of about 1/3 of their side dishes. Pure incompetence.

It's Sunday and people rely on your business to feed their families, especially after church.If black businesses want support, stop running out of food!! I purchased 2 dinners. Had to wait 15 min. in line. Only 4 customers in front of me. Service sucks!!SMH

I recently visited this establishment. I ordered the fish dinner (whitting) with yams and potatoe salad. Everything was good definitely the potatoes salad which surprised me because I had stopped eating it years ago. I can't wait until they open so I can run it back.

The rotisserie chicken was good, tender juicy and flavorful, but the piece was small for the price in my opinion (I got quarter dinner) maybe it’s inflation idk. The sides were just okay. Mac n cheese a tad bland almost taste/texture like box mac cheese but a little better. Yams were good but overpowered with nutmeg or something. I would go back for the meat only. The staff was friendly and I was in and out in under 10minutes. Quality meal for fast and friendly service. Did what it needed to do. I’m in no rush to go back but it wasn’t horrible.

So, I don't know what is going on with certain food places but I dont understand why I'm paying almost $20 for 3 wings, a side of Mac n cheese with a bottle drink! Now I don't mind paying for food at a higher price, but for the food to look and taste like it did...just makes me upset. I would not recommend this place at the price it is now. My food doesn't even look appetizing or taste well. Chicken is dry and the Mac n cheese is not really flavourful the cheese and noodles are separated. I most likely won't be going back. I remember when I used to frequent this place. Unfortunately it no longer holds the same value or quality of food anymore.
